We really like this place. We are wandering a bit and after staying here for a few nights decided to come back on our way through town. The rooms have been really nice.

This is an older but well taken care property. Its classy, clean and very large. Has a Sinclair gas station literally on the premises. We were in Lodge 3 (last building) overlooking the park/trail and it was so peaceful and silent at night. The rooms are average size and comes with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker etc. The bathroom was very fancy with a deep tub enclosed in all glass with two sinks and private section fir the toilet. Front desk employees were very nice and professional. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Flagstaff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very well maintained and kept up. The room was very nice and quiet. The amenities and atmosphere were outstanding. I highly recommend and will be back next time in this area!

Have loved this lodge for decades and feel relaxed on site and rested upon departure. The pool was in use as it snowed.

My view certainly wasn’t what they showed on the website instead It was view of the parking lot. The TV went on at 4:30 in the morning somehow ( I didnt ever turn it on ). From then on I kept hearing the in and out doors that join the two buildings clicking and knocking and making noise for the rest of the morning. I had a ground floor corner unit that was basically in an intersection between two buildings and the parking lot. Terrible sleep, so I cut my hike at picture Canyon short and went to a movie to have a nap before driving any further.

Thank you for your review. I sincerely apologize that your stay was not up to standards. We do offer quiet rooms that face the forest and courtyard instead of our parking lot side of the property. As for the TV turning on, I will have our maintenance team take a look at it. We do hope we can invite you back to our hotel again in the future. Nice grounds and decent rooms. We had a broken hair dryer that we brought to the front desk for a replacement at 8am. They did not have one but said they would get one to our room. We reurned to our room after a full day of sight-seeing at 8pm and still no hair dryer. Contacted front desk again and they still had no dryer. Finally got one about an hour later.

It’s right next to a freeway. It was fine though overall. Sort of dated but clean. My first exposure to the staff was a younger man at font desk who asked if I preferred a 2nd or 1st floor room. I asked what the difference in the rooms was and he replied “one would be higher up than the other.” Appreciated that valuable insight.

Upon check-in, no on at the front desk initially for approximately 4-5 minutes. Housekeeping should refill all bathroom products, ie shampoo, body wash...if youre supplying the products, after every customer.

We loved our room, so clean & spacious. The staff was so attentive. Only issue we encountered was no light outside by the hot tub at night. They were just filling the pool for the season so should be good to go for April guests.

The room we stayed in was large and updated. I personally like the bathroom. Very clean and modern looking type. Didn’t really engaged with the staff since we came at night already. The only thing she said was how to get to our lodge. Didn’t feel any welcomeness from her. Other than that it was a great hotel.

Stayed here last in 1988, but feels very modern and beautifully maintained. Very pleased with the dining and breakfast staff. Room very quiet and comfortable and had divided bathroom so flexible use. Walk in shower was terrific.
