Room OK ... General impression was that the place looked a bit dated. Ate in the restaurant one night but didn't bother again - average at best ... paid an exorbitant amount of money for two scoops of ice cream Access to Grand Canyon was quick and easy

Localisation excellente pour une base d'exploratio

Situé à 15 minutes du bistrot center du parc, nous avons trouvé cet Hotel qui a un meilleur rapport qualité /prix que les solutions situées dans Grand canyon village. Une navette gratiute (ligne violette) avec un arrêt devant la porte de l'hôtel nous permet de laisser la voiture sur le parking de l'hôtel. Très bonnes prestations hôtelières et excellent petit déjeuner-buffet à 12 $/personne.

Thank you for selecting our hotel for your stay in the Grand Canyon area. As you mention, we offer an alternative to staying within the Park itself and there is a shuttle bus service that picks up directly in front of our hotel taking guests into and out of the Park. The bus service operates in the summer months only and is provided by the National Park Service. We are very pleased that you liked our hotel and the many amenities that we offer.

The hotel room was small, old, and dirty. The WIFI didn't work during my stay. It was really overpriced.

Clean, Comfortable, Close

Pros: Clean room and friendly staff
We stayed in the newer rooms (7000 building) and everything was impeccable. Super clean and quiet. Great location to stay if your heading to the Grand Canyon but don't want to stay in the park.

Fijne ervaring

Hotel is mooi en alles is goed verzorgd. Ruime kamer met alle gewenste voorzieningen. Ondanks verbouwing alles goed geregeld. Goede WiFi. Ook 's-avonds voldoende vertier door biljart en bowling. Goede ligging tov Grand Canyon. Alleen jammer dat zwembad dicht was. Tusayan niets bijzonders, plek met alleen hotels en (te dure) restaurants.

Nettes Hotel beim Grand Canyon

Wir verbrachten nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel, waren aber sehr zufrieden. Ideal zum Besuch des Grand Canyon, man ist in 5 min bei der Einfahrt zum Nationalpark. Unser Zimmer war großzügig, sauber und ruhig in einem der Nebenhäuser, wobei man das Auto direkt vor dem Haus parken kann. Die nett eingerichtete Hotellobby bot neben einem Souvenirshop auch mehrere Restaurants. Wir können das kleine Bistro empfehlen, wo wir neben einer sehr netten Bedienung relativ preiswert die "ländliche" Küche genießen konnten, die auch ausgezeichnet schmeckte. Wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Too expensive, not good service

Pros: Location
Cons: Even through 3rd party booking service(Expedia), staff should be more friendly
Location: Nothing to do in this city, just stay over night for Grand Canyon visit
Location is very good, less than 10 miles from visitor center. But too expensive and not friendly reception staffs

Room wasn't ready until well after check-in time. On-site restaurant was not good.
