Great location! Staff excellent & worked very hard Plenty of choice for breakfast & Fab bathrooms! Loved the roof top area/bar great views! but it does get very busy especially the sunbed area (never actually got a bed) Only negative no tea/coffee in rooms unless junior suite so advise would be bring your own

Good place to stay, close to the city center and every other thing you'll want to go to. Plenty of dining and shopping options around. The girls in the counter could be a bit friendlier, but not really a deal breaker. Good rooms, good breakfast, and busy lobby.

Location is just perfect! This hotel has plenty lobby space, large restaurant with a delicious breakfast buffet and comfortable rooms that look recently updated. I slept so well in a comfy bed and pillows! It has great A/C and dark shades. Also, spacious hot shower and several details throughout the room that really made a difference. The check in was a bit bumpy, but overall the staff is welcoming and helpful

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. Pretty decent hotel, walkable distance to the city centre. About 10-15 min UBER drive to Alhambra. The only downside is the parking. We arrived on Friday evening and the hotel parking was full. We had to park in another underground parking lot 7 min walk from the hotel. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable.

For a very reasonably priced property I felt this was an excellent choice. I don’t believe there’s anything to fault about the rooms, staff or it’s position within Granada, the only issues and why I’ve marked it down are that the roof terrace isn’t open at the moment due to work being carried out which should have been mentioned when booking, plus the car parking is sooo tight, which is fine but they have a valet service which would have been great to know before I drive around 3 times looking for the car park entrance. So overall minor issues but I’d definitely recommend this hotel as the refurb they’ve done is fantastic and once the roof terrace is finished it’ll be even better

Extremely clean, rooms are spacious and modern with everything you need. Restaurant has access to around 4 lifts , meaning you don’t have to wait for it. Hotel also has a private parking with access to the lift straight inside the hotel. Parking itself was not spacious and quite hard to park. Just small downside was when the cleaner was speaking loud with someone while I was sleeping and kinda woke me up. A bit unpleasant but other than that all staff professional and help you everything you need.

A bit street noise as there are few bars right down below but location is nice, close to almost every major attractions and by the river which is why I chose this hotel. Plus it is quite new with nice and comfortable room decoration. Decoration of Lobby especially front desk area can be a lot nicer. And great to have a glass of cava as welcome drink. Nice gestures.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location, very modern
As someone who has lived in and visited Granada many times, and stayed previously in this hotel, this really is one of the best. A really beautiful hotel, recently refurbished and it shows! Very stylish and well equipped rooms with an authentic yet modern feel. The location is great, right in the city centre and close to shops and attractions like the Alhambra and Cathedral. I contacted the hotel ahead of my stay to ask them if I could surprise my now Fiancé with a bottle of wine for our anniversary to which they obliged! We both had a very nice and comfortable stay here. Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Granada. **Also the hotel smells amazing, like perfume the moment you walk through the door, I would love to know what it is 😂**

Great hotel, modern, well located and nice rooftop. Unfortunately, no parking left when we arrived but they showed us another one 1km away. Check-in: a bit rude but expedited, we did feel like we booked vis Expedia… Room window gave directly on a wall. There was a phone alarm we had not requested at 6am which was not a pleasant surprise.

It was down town but difficult to get to if you are driving! It is an elegant property and most of the staff try very hard to please! The room keys are not reliable and I had to return to the reception three times in two days?? When I was sitting on the potty, water leaked through the ceiling and soaked me, that was surprising! The reception recommended the downstairs restaurant, as I did not make a reservation for the fancy one upstairs. I sat there for nearly 20 minutes and was ignored. Upon asking the waitress for service she abruptly said ”Patientia” When I asked for a menu she pointed at a QSR code which did not work. I again asked if I could get some food and a Menu, she angrily pointed at a Menu at the end of the Bar. I was insulted and belittled and left. Other guests had entered from the street and had instant service. Hmm, I am a Gitty!

This hotel has great state-of-the-art technology. Food very good. Location excellent. But brace yourself for very small rooms. Our upgraded room was so small we had to move furniture out of the way to navigate.

Loved the rooftop, however limited sun beds and people would reserve for the whole day despite not being there the whole day (was a little frustrating) the staff where pretty average as well, not very helpful or proactive.

Really lovely hotel. We stayed last year and they’ve made some key changes and improvements which make the hotel seem spacious and elegant. The roof top is a lovely space with amazing views, although the pool is quite small and it closes at 8pm which, on a scorching summer’s evening, is not ideal. The bar down stairs is a great place to have a drink with lovely tapas and wonderful service. Breakfast was superb - couldn’t fault the range nor quality of both the food and service. They’ll even cook your omelette and pancakes to your own liking and request! A welcomed sanctuary at the end of some absolutely scorching days in Granada. Within walking distance of most places. Would absolutely recommend and will return - but not in summer!
