The balcony has incredible views, the interior is very modern and there is everything you need for a very comfortable stay (full kitchen, washing machine etc). There is a very small elevator up to the 4th floor, and as you enter the apartment there are a few additional steps that go into your living space (all very easy/safe). Great location. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Even the neighbors seemed friendly, which is unexpected (who would want a holiday rental as a neighbor!). Staff at the Moana Restaurant in the courtyard below were very nice, and the food was great too. Would stay there again with no hesitation, only I'd stay at least 4 nights to truly explore and enjoy the area. A few minor points to improve: Unit is a little sparse on dishes and consumables: A teapot would be good, more large mugs, and some dish soap would be nice. Having more than one coffee pod (and one decaf pod, which doesn't really count!) would be nice to have coffee on the first day in case you get in too late to go to the grocery store). Also there were extra pillows but no extra pillow cases. Would be nice to have as the pillows supplied were a little flat. There is no clothes dryer, so be prepared to air dry your clothes. Also be careful of your head. We were warned but both hit our heads pretty hard once or twice each. Finally, you'll need to be ok with stairs as the final floor staircase is in the unit, so you can't ride the elevator all the way. Minor complaints given how much we enjoyed our stay. A place for a grand party or for 2 adults to appreciate the sensitivity of its creation. And oh yes the wall in the bedroom has a slant so mind your head! ##### ken and denise b.
