Honestly....fabulous

Pros: STAFF!!!!
Cons: Nothing, absolutely ZERO!
Location: Beautiful mountains, golf on the resort, transport to local town, walks, mountain biking, gym........
I travel on business and with the family, and rarely find a hotel so well run, with such fabulous staff, and such incredible food. Im truly blown away by the excellence, and the friendliness. We will be back again soon, as I cant see any other hotels matching what you get here.

The place to stay for rest and relaxation

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Excellent facilities and food. Views from the 11th.floor pool area fantastic. Only stayed for one night but next time hope to stay for longer.

Perfect birthday getaway

Lovely hotel - stayed here for four nights for my 39th birthday. It's enormous, with seven pools - so plenty of space, and incredibly relaxing. The staff are friendly, and helpful - and I'd recommend spending an evening or day in the spa. I'll definitely return! Ideal winter sun break.

Hotel in the sky

Pros: Very helpful multilingual staff
Location: Shuttle service to the hotel's beach house. Many pretty towns and good local eateries.
Inland in it's own valley, this stunningly designed hotel ticks all the boxes. Smiley helpful staff, excellent spa, 7 pools - one adults only, endless buffet breakfast and a full free program of activities - yoga, Pilates, meditation. And gfolf.

Good rooms, terrible restaurant

Lovely hotel with very comfortable beds. Quiet area, on two golf courses. Breakfast very good, buffet dinner pretty bad! Taxi to closest restaurants was euro30 return per night.

Average hotel ,but not a 5*

Preety basic though . That was not a king bed for sure and was more likely a 4 star . Far away from 5 stars . Great view though

Quiet , comfortable and roomy hotel

As a proported 5 star facility, it was dissappointing to find that the food quality was inconsistent and on occassion not good. While service, staff, facilities and accommodation were v.good, this was a little dissappointing, but not off putting.

Luxurious, relaxing hotel

Location: Short drive to Maspalomas and into the interior with its beautiful, dramatic scenery.
Very welcoming, clean comfortable rooms. Excellent food with good variety. Golf course looked amazing although we don't play. Many differing pools to enjoy.

Beautiful, friendly, great food

Cons: Heat spa pool; offer champagne in mini bar; complementary biscuits/ snack to go with tea
Location: Hotel linked to 2 golf resorts and has spa. We were only there for 1.5 days so didn't leave the resort. Not too near the beach or town.
We had a very lucky stay at the hotel, being upgraded to a lovely suite with panoramic views. Everything we saw at the hotel was great quality. The rooms our friends stayed in (not upgrades!) were also really lovely and comfortable. The buffet had a great selection, and even enough vegan options to keep us happy. Staff were helpful and friendly. Spa experience was lovely. Only drawback was that the spa pool was not heated, and after a cloudy day was too cold to enjoy. (The main sunset pool was heated). Hidden away in the hills, so be prepared to drive / rely on free shuttle bus if you want to go outside the resort for anything.
