Just spent a week at the Gran Canaria Princess. We were really happy with this professionally run hotel. From the first moment a welcoming and professional reception staff, to the restaurant and bar staff who were very attentive and the housekeepers who made up our room every day. We were all inclusive and found the range of food and drink on offer to be excellent. We are not fussy people who insist on drinking certain brands but were aware we can pay for them at the bar, or simply go all inclusive plus, we stayed All Inc. The hotel was clean throughout, the quiet bar area had a very good feel to it and we enjoyed relaxing here in the evenings. The pool patio area is quite large. The dress code is explicit but isn’t implemented at the restaurant in the evenings. Many a time we saw people in pool wear eating in the evening. We saw a young group who brought their friends in that were not staying in this hotel most days who not only had drinks from the all inclusive self service, but also attended meals that they clearly hadn't paid for.

A nice clean hotel with plenty of activities going on. I particularly liked the heated pool which is great in the winter and also the easy access to all the facilities. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is kept immaculate. Would definitely recommend.

Its a very nice Hotel, clean and beautiful outside the pool area, but the pool water was very cold ,that slmost no body was in ever. People are so crazy to get the best spot around the pool, in order to tan that some are so greedy and selfish, that are reserving the long chairs very early in the mornings. The food was plenty and good,the personel people working very fast and hart to please us👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏 I wish they could make some better desserts.

We had an amazing time at Gran Princess Hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy everyday, great activities around the pool side. Love this hotel. Our second visit & it was even better than the last. The heated pool is much warmer than last year & very enjoyable. Very clean & food above average for all inclusive. Staff can’t do enough for you & no queues for drinks. Plenty of sun beds as long as you don’t want the top spots. Thank you for another relaxed & pleasant stay.

Loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. Staff were friendly. Food was varied and plentiful and the waiting staff were so attentive. Bus stop right outside the hotel with regular buses to Maspalomas and Mogan. Loads of bars and restaurants around the area. All inclusive drinks were of good enough quality that we never paid for any others. Would definitely recommend.

A couple of objections: though this is a very good place to stay at, it is a very noisy place and the Front Desk staff (not all of them, true) can give you an arrogant attitude even when you ask a simple question.

Hotel is a nice building, well located. Reception staff were friendly. Drinks were nice and good options in the all inclusive package. Pool was a good temperature. Beds were comfy and rooms clean. However, wouldn’t recommend for the following reasons- -food choice and quality was poor for lunch and dinner in the buffet. Very strange selection. -security staff were really unhelpful. We were asked to leave the terrace because it was late, even though it’s an adults only hotel. - walls in the room are thin, our neighbours decided to kick the walls and doors in protest to us coming in late at night and respectfully talking and getting ready for bed. Quite frightening, security did nothing but blame us. Overall the hotel could be lovely, but the vibe is very much 40 age range, more strict than a family friendly hotel in my opinion. Felt like as we laughed whilst chatting over some drinks that we were ‘rowdy’ and unwelcome. When in fact we were a young group of 3 sister in laws going for a relaxing holiday to have a nice time. Complained to night reception staff about what had happened but nothing was done about it.

Excellent Hotel.
Fantastic hotel in general. Lovely rooms, pool and good quality varied food. Evening entertainment was amazing quality. Every night an entertaining act. A few slight minus points. 15 - 20 walk to beach, doest bother us but may bother some. No snack bar at pool. Pizza is available but you have to ask. Would be much better to have a small snack bar. Some staff a little rude. Mostly restaurant staff. In particular the chef doing the omelettes in the morning charming to females but consistently rude to males. Short thick set waitress also rude. Minor things though and in general staff are excellent.

Good Location / Good Service
We enjoyed our stay at Gran Canaria Princess. Our room was a good size with a generous balcony with pleasant views of the tropical garden & the neighbouring hotels are not ugly. The bathroom was very clean & the shower very easy to access. At night, the room was very quiet. Pillows could be better & the very plasticky mattress protectors need to go! All the staff we encountered at the hotel were friendly & helpful. The location of the hotel is good for reaching the Yumbo centre & the beach. The main road behind can make relaxing by the far side of the pool a slight challenge - they could mask this background noise by using a running water feature. The pool area is clean, well laid-out & the pool itself is warm and inviting (there is one heated pool, the others are still bearable!). Sun loungers could be more plentiful - there was a LOT of hogging of loungers from early in the morning despite signs advising guests that ‘reserving’ with towels is not allowed. This could be countered by bar staff patrolling to offer drinks / snacks - this would not only increase revenue but improve the availability of beds and overall service. Breakfast was included in our rate, and was plentiful and diverse - literally something for everyone. Our only critique would be that the coffee machines don’t serve great coffee and the ‘juice’ machines are also disappointing because they serve concentrated drinks rather than fresh juices, which is strange as the island is known for fruit production.

We stayed at this hotel for a week. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room where we stayed,the views were fantastic. The pool area was nice as well. Overall nice experience.

Nice hotel but food repetitive.
This is a lovely, modern hotel. The room was very modern (paid 58 euros extra for sea view) with one of the most comfortable, large beds I’ve ever slept in! Outside areas are lovely. Food was bit disappointing, fish, veal and chicken thighs every lunch and dinner and I don’t like veal or fish, so struggled a bit! Had all inclusive but discovered beer was Cruzcampo which is horrible beer, so don’t feel we got full benefit of A.I. Staff were lovely with one exception, Italian girl on reception, who was curt and quite nasty following a mix up at Friday night barbecue, totally unnecessary! My advice is definitely book Gran Canaria Princess but don’t go all inclusive.

Lovely Holiday
We stayed in the hotel from 13th - 27th September 2022. Stayed in room 754 on 7th floor. Partial Pool and Sea Views. The room was lovely and very clean. The floor was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly. We stayed on a B&B basis. The food for breakfast was delicious but was the same each day. Plenty of choice though. We would recommend this hotel and we shall return. getting lye lows at the pool required rising before 8am. The gym was disappointing with very few pieces of equipment and only one set of dumbbells. We also had to pay for fast wi-fi which cost €30 for two devices for 14 days. Would recommend getting this.
