Loved the area but hotel room very small when booked told we had a terrace but really was very small balcony some staff quite rude , breakfast not the best we have had better for less don’t pay for the breakfast other hotels do far more and better for less

Aging and a bit rough around the edges, but convenient location for walking around. No parking on site but they “offer” regular price public parking nearby. There is much cheaper public parking (with free EV charging) a bit further away, next to the aquarium and cruise terminal. Breakfast was decent. Hair drier was broken but they fixed quickly, and of course the card keys failed a couple times. Gym is around the corner in another nh hotel that looks nicer.

The area around the hotel is perfect, the beach is in front and you have a lot of restaurants and bars. The rooms have very nice views.

Location was amazing, overlooking the beach. Access to the beach and walking on the boardwalk. Close to Supermarket, Laundromat, and lots of Restaurants around. Felt very safe. Lisa at the front desk was very polite, and helpful. Will go back for sure.

We stayed for a week just after Christmas and through the New Year. The weather was excellent 22-25c, a nice break from UK winter. The hotel and staff where superb, they really made our holiday one to remember. The staff on reception were so helpful, recommending restaurants, attractions and always greeted you warmly. When you opt for room cleaning, the staff always managed to clean our room when we went to breakfast, so on return, we had an already refreshed room, really nice service. Breakfasts also very good, with a nice choice. Hotel is well situated for restaurants, shopping, beach (just 1 minute away) and general day to day activities. We can highly recommend!

No English TV channels. 1 American (Bloomberg) who seriously want to watch that. Bed was unbelievably hard and uncomfortable and I like a hard bed! View from Balcony and location were great but wouldn’t stay again due to poor sleep quality

Excellent modern hotel on the beach
Wonderful modern hotel sitting a few metres away from the amazing beach. Get a room with a balcony if you can and enjoy the sound of the ocean at night. Helpful staff and relaxing modern rooms.

Awesome location!
Awesome location. Hotel was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly. Didn’t use any of the facilities or the restaurant/bar as we were only there for a couple of days and was out of the hotel for the majority enjoying the beach and local bars and restaurants. Paid a little extra for a sea view. Definitely worth it for a view. Balcony was a decent size and and had the sun most of the day (January). Balcony furniture was a bit grubby though, so this could do with being updated.
