Great Stay, Staff fantastic
Staff are excellent, very friendly, professional. The apartment itself just needs a little bit of care. In the kitchen the drawers did not close properly, shelves missing for the edge of the unit

A very central complex if you are hoping to frequent the Yumbo Centre during your stay, it is just next door. Local buses stop just a two minute walk, the complex is clean with a large pool and whirl pool. The poolside bar is pricey but the staff were friendly. Apartments themselves are quite small, but the kitchens were well equipped. Free wi-fi, clean, comfortable rooms, all have pool views. Enjoyable stay.

Great inexpensive hotel right next to the Yumbo centre. Good sized room with nice kitchenette / lounge area and small balcony. Hotel Pool very nice Recommend 😀

All you need

Have stayed here many times over many years. Staff are always super friendly, polite and professional. I have noticed however some small things over the years that are slipping like the cleaning standard of bathrooms, water pressure in shower, road noise increasing (heard in rooms) and so on. For. Budget hotel it cannot be beaten. But just expect some compromises.

Pretty good basic hotel but works
The hotel is best situated next to Yumbo Center, the sun beds are pretty good and while people do wake up exactly at 8am to reserve their spots on seem allowed. Overall pretty good, perhaps they can add more linens and amenities showers

Very clean, All staff were very helpful and courteous. Arrived before 2pm and room was available,Safe was not working properly and the Man on reception was straight on to the company who came to fix it within thirty minutes. The electric sockets in kitchen and bathroom were loose. Although the policy was not to reserve sunbed we watched at 8am as approximately forty guests rushed out the doors and reserved them some did not seem to use them for ages.They were all nationalities!

Didn’t like the two separate beds and that there were no double beds at all in the hotel. Great location with lots of restaurant choices. Can park car at the hotel. Lovely staff who are always willing to help.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was close all amenities. Very clean. The only two things was no air con and the shower unit although clean could be doing with a slight upgrade other than that perfect ,wpould certainly return.

Great stay
Great wee hotel! Plenty of space in rooms, staff were lovely and helpful, no issues with sun loungers, we went self catering and occasionally ate breakfast/lunch at the pooo bar and the food was great! I would stay again!

Always welcoming
Have stayed at the Buenos Aires on a number of occasions over the past years. The staff are always friendly and pleased to see you. The apartments are spacious, clean and have all the facilities needed to make a perfect stay. Free WiFi is also available which is a real bonus. The pool and bar area is kept very clean and tidy and there is no shortage of sunbed a available. Food and drinks in both the bar and restaurant are good value for money and there is ample to choose from. Would not hesitate in recommending this place to anyone.

Great value for money!
This is a friendly well kept hotel. Great staff who were very helpful. Decor is modern and welcome. Exceptionally clean. Lots of sunbeds around the pool which is well looked after.

OK, so long as you don't pay too much!
Basic and very overdue a renovation. OK, it was cheap enough to book, but don't expect rooms to be up to much,Patched in ceiling, Repaired bathroom tiling. Great pool area is a big bonus.

Nice well maintained, cleaners 6 times a week, had a great time .Only negative was people putting towels on sunbed at 8am and not returning till after lunch even though there were signs saying don't reserve sunbeds.

Best apartments in playa del ingles
Lost count on how many times we have stayed here but will defenenly will be staying again. This place is clean friendly and location for us the best. Just one thing that has been a problem for a while is the wifi connection drops off mainly in the rooms. It looks like it's working but it's either slow or stopped.

Can not falt the staff but the people who were staying were noise didn't have any respect for other gusts. And the old Queens who thought they were about 18 just keep cruising you even though your with your partner and you politely tell them to go away but they don't get the message and till you tell them f... off there was so many complaints about the noise we had enough and booked into another hotel im not a snob but the most of the guests took the pi.s but if that's your thing have a nice time never again

A quick visit to celebrate a friend's birthday. The apartment was spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful. it's right next door to the Yumbo centre and easy walk to beaches etc. Supermarket across the road. For the price it was great!!!

noisy inconsiderate Europeans
A good stay at this hotel is ruined by inconsiderate European guests who insist like acting like an invading army at spot on 8am every morning, the sounds of scrapping parasols being dragged and clattering sunbeds being set up by lots of the army armed with their towels, at least 50 0f them every morning, hotel management should refuse access to the pool area till at least 9am
