Newly refurbished...I thought it was new.. nice Breakfast selections Very Quiet All the desk personnel we met were very friendly. Wendy when we checked in was excellent.

Website says they have a pool and hot tub. Both are closed. We drove an hour out of our way and paid a $100 pet fee on top of the most expensive hotel in the town.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to let me know how we are doing. I do love to hear from all the guests. I would like to hit on the pool and hot tub situation. I checked with the team and it was not unlocked that day. We do unlock it at 8am and we close it at 11pm. I will and have made sure that all staff knows the rules and will follow them moving forward. The pet fee is a standard we use with all our managed hotels. I will be sure to bring it to light on our next meeting and to the last part about being one of the most expensive hotels in town you are correct. We thrive to be the best and with the service we offer along with free WiFi and free hot breakfast we did modify our rates to reflect. I do hope I was able to answer all your questions or answer any situation you had while staying with us. Hope to see you again!

Reserved room online with Expedia for my daughter. Called office to inform them my daughter's name and that she would be checking in late under my name. The girl on duty cheerfully said no problem and she would handle it. Great room and service.

Hello, I want to thank you for taking the time to let us know how we are doing. I want to apologize for the elevator situation. Yesterday it did not go to 3rd floor and we had a tech come out today and we are good to go. The Wi-Fi was down because AT&T was down across Graham and a few surrounding towns as well. I do hope next time you are in town you come back!

We stayed here only because of a baseball tournament at Rocker B. The general cleanliness of the hotel and bathroom was not great, but the AC was cold, the water was hot, and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was better than expected.

Not so free for service dogs as it advertises!
The stay was perfectly fine and the cleanliness of the room was excellent, kudos to the cleaning crew! As for management, very angry and non-friendly GM (according to her). They charged us a pet fee for a service dog, which is against their website posted notice regarding service dog charges. The fee was not an issue, yet the way it was handled and the hostility when addressed. When we asked about it we were reprimanded for even asking and telling us we were wrong. Would not show us a written or posted notice on property. Yet, the website specifically shows that service dogs are free. It was one of the reasons we stayed here, as it advertises itself as pet-friendly.

Hello, Thank you for sending in your feedback. We do love to hear from our guests. I will address the issue with the pet fee. We do have a non refundable for pets. Online it states we are pet friendly but if you scroll down and read under policy and fees it is stated there in detail. Also I did speak with you about this before you left property and you never stated your animal was a service animal. Please make sure you let hotels know this so we can accommodate. I do wish you the best and hope to see you if you ever come back this way!

Comfortable Hotel
The hotel is very comfortable and the breakfast is better than any free hotel breakfast. They have an outdoor pool and a fitnesscenter, but we didn't use either.
