"I had to wait for the front clerk person to check in. Not a big deal. Their computers have been down for over a day. So instead of using a credit card for a deposit I had to come up with Cash at 11 o’clock at night for a deposit. Then he said I can knock it down from $250 cash to $100 cash. I plan on checking to see what their policy is because it sounded like I was getting hustle. Just about experience I am now checking in to a non-Wyndham non-Ramada Inn in Monterey as a direct result of this bad experience. "

Shame on you Expedia! You misrepresented the hotel! You charged $100+ for our stay with a five star rating!!! But when checking your site on Monday it reflected a 2 star rating for $32 a night!!!"
