(A maximum of 2 pets, please register in advance / fee is paid at the landlord) With 120 m², the holiday home consists of a kitchen, a common room, three separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a large outdoor terrace. It is ideal for large families, small travel groups or young families of 6 to 8 people traveling together. The bright kitchen with dining area and modern built-in kitchen has a 4-plate electric cooker, fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery and other kitchen utensils and thus offer a carefree stay. In the large common room with a cozy sitting and reading corner consisting of two additional sofa beds, there is a TV, radio, books, games and a fireplace. Two large windows on the south side provide a lot of brightness, which can be darkened by opaque pleated blinds. Two of the three bedrooms are furnished with double beds. The third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms can be darkened with opaque pleated blinds. Shower, tub and toilet are available in the bathroom. The outdoor area, consisting of a large, partially covered terrace with barbecue facilities, can be reached directly from the kitchen or the common room and offers a clear view of nature during the day and a view of the stars at night. The idyllic location of the house offers plenty of space for children. The small town of Grabow is centrally located between Hamburg in the west (90 minutes by car) and Berlin in the east (90 minutes) Drive), as well as the Baltic Sea in the north (45 min drive) and Hanover in the south (120 min drive), is a central starting point in northern Germany for many activities. A visit to the state capital of Schwerin (30 minutes by car) is also worth a visit. Grabow also owns one of the most beautiful outdoor pools in northern Germany and offers other options such as canoeing on the Elde and fishing. Wir waren zu viert mit einem Kleinkind und zwei Hunden und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war super sauber, das riesige Grundstück und die große Terrasse luden zum Verweilen ein und der Sandkasten war ein echtes Highlight für unser Kind. Auch unsere Hunde hatten riesigen Spaß. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wirklich nur empfehlen! Zudem gab es in der Umgebung zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten: Die Ostsee war schnell erreichbar, auch ein Städtetrip nach Schwerin war unkompliziert und mit dem Kind konnten wir entspannt ins Wildgatter fahren. Unsere beiden Golden Retriever konnten den ganzen Tag draußen liegen. Dazu eine sehr große Sonnenterrasse mit Blick ins Grüne. Rundherum kleinere Wanderwege durch eine Heide-ähnliche, sehr idyllische Landschaft. Dazu eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, große Räume und für abends ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Das Bad ist auch für 4 Personen ausreichend und sehr neu. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und fühlten uns durch die netten Vermietet gut betreut. Der riesige, vollständig eingezäunte Garten war für unseren Vierbeiner mehr als perfekt... Die Lage, insbesondere zum Jahreswechsel sehr ruhig und für Tagesausflüge bestens geeignet. Alles ist lichtdurchflutet und unaufdringlich eingerichtet. Auch sind die Zimmer größer als es erscheint. Uns hat nichts gefehlt, der Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Uns fehlte es an nichts und bei schlechtem Wetter konnten wir es uns am Kamin mit einem Glas Wein gemütlich machen. Die Unterkunft empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter.
