Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses welches durch Ferien- und Dauerwohnungen genutzt wird. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und umfangreich ausgestattet. Es gab selbst bei Kleinigkeiten nichts was wir vermißt haben. Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Graatz nahe der Touristeninfo. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.
