The apartment is located in the Villa Magdalena residential complex, which was built in 1999, and has a floor area of around 40 m². The property is a very modern two-storey bathroom style house with elevator and underground parking. It is about 300 meters to the beach. The coastal forest starts right behind the house. The apartment is on the first floor, is fully equipped and has a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. The furniture was renewed in spring 2016. A parking space (No. 10) is available in the underground garage. Bicycles brought along can be parked behind the car and connected. The elevator can be reached from the underground car park without stairs.

Beschreibung der Wohnung bzgl. Schlafzimmer war ungenau, kein Zimmer mit Tür nur mit Vorhang getrennt Betten stand 20 cm auseinander, man konnte sich zwischen den Betten nicht drehen, für ältere Leute bzw. eingeschränkte Menschen ungeeignet Mülleimer im Bad hat gefehlt Wäschepaket: Geschirrtuch hat gefehlt Duschvorlage hat gefehlt Handtücher waren zu klein, es waren keine Duschtücher entspricht nicht dem gewohnten Standart
