They continue to stay consistent with providing a clean beautiful place to stay on vacation. This particular unit was spotless, stocked with beyond basic kitchen supplies, and had plenty of space for a family of 4\. If you visit in the winter please allow about 24 hours for the place to warm up. Suggest owners purchase smart thermostats so they can preheat the unit remotely before guests arrive. Only downside was communication from the host. I sent 2 messages to them and never received a response. First message was about adding a friend for my kids and how much additional would it cost me. No one responded. Second message, we had a door looked from the inside and needed someone with a key to open it. I had to contact Vacasa to attempt to get assistance but that even took about 8 hrs for someone to actually be able help with resolving my issue. This was a slight hiccup and delayed us getting to the mountain to board, however it worked out in the end. Will be back soon!!! ##### Snow J. We loved the location and underground parking. However, this was easily the least stocked vacation rental we’ve ever used. Kitchen items were bare bones. The icemaker was broken and there was no coffee maker despite being listed. I messaged Vacasa regarding these issues upon arrival but never heard back. It wasn’t the end of the world as a local store sold drip coffee and bags of ice, but the coffee issue got old pretty fast. If I’d known ahead of time I would’ve just brought my own Keurig which would’ve been fine. At the end of the day, I would still rent again and go back. The place itself is great. We have stayed in this unit a couple of times. It is spacious, clean and in a great location. However, there have always been "kinks" when we have stayed here. We have had trouble getting the DVD player to work and there are no instructions availble. The Vacasa 'specialists" by phone are not helpful. In the past we had trouble getting the fireplace going. So perfect! I could go on and on, but I will share the highlights along with a couple of things I didn’t learn until we arrived. 1) This was by far the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. Not a spec of dust, an extra hair in the bathroom, or smudges on the glass. Impressive. 2) Beds were very comfortable and the linens were clean and soft. 3) Everything was well stocked; hand soap, dish soap, laundry soap. This has not been the case at other VRBOs we have stayed at. Loved that extra touch. 4) Extremely spacious! 5) I’d like to comment on the view, but the clouds were too thick to see anything :) 6) If you have young kids, be aware that the bed in the loft is close to the railing. I could see an over zealous kid (mine!) tipping right over that thing. Scary! 7) A small rural highway runs right through Government Camp. Be aware that you will get some occasional road noise as cars approach the villiage quickly. We had an amazing time at this place. I would come back in a heartbeat. We have extremely high standards when it comes to lodging, and this might be the first that I have zero complaints about! Book it now! :) ##### Cindy B. The loft with the double bed and own full bath was perfect for my son. The the downstairs has a queen with an attached full bath and the master has a king. The kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs. It is right near town, so we were able to bike and walk there. If you are coming for the skiing, it is just a 10-minute drive away. The unit is long and only has windows on the ends, so it is a bit dark. It is also located near the highway, so there is quite a bit of traffic noise. ##### Amy M. Stayed 5 nights in Jul 2020 ---
