HOWEVER, 1) fireplace did not work, 2) coffee maker was pretty gross, 3) no salt or pepper, 4) No internet for a full day. So overall it was fine, none of these items were major. HOWEVER, I was not happy with Vacasa. I was trying to reach mul;tiple times with no luck. The contact phone numbers provided disconnected me automatically and you did not respond to an email i sent. I plan on avoiding Vacasa in the future, very unprofessional. Why do you make it hard to contact you. ##### Douglas M. Sofa was a bit uncomfortable to sit on and additional seating in living room was not as cozy as we would have preferred. Toilets were not cleaned. Hot water was out the last day.
