We stayed for 3 days with our toddler and baby for 3 days and had a great experience. Immediately upon our arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly attentive, bringing us a tasty cappuccino and orange juice and water for our kids. Everytime we passed through the front desk area, the staff (notably Saúl, the front office manager) spent a lot of time interacting very sweetly with our littles, which was very much appreciated since this is a 5-star hotel, and sometimes hotels in this class don't completely welcome young children.
The 3rd floor Master Suite we were in was beautiful but somewhat dark, as there was only a single window. There seemed to be some construction going on immediately next door to our room, as inches from our window there was scaffolding and we could see workers walking about. There was some loud hammering/building noises in the daytime but this did not seem to bother our napping children, and the noise was at a reasonable time of day. The room amenities (linens, robes, soaps) were lovely.
Beautiful pool, high-quality breakfast buffet (most delicious pastries made daily), free items in mini-fridge replenished daily.
