"Lovely hotel staff friendly. Lift had been repaired on day of arrival. Was happy to use it as lift engineers on site. ( I’m claustrophobic) by the evening lift had sign saying out of order. Reception staff unaware. So I had to carry case down 3 flights next morning. But would happily stay again. "

"This is our 3rd stay.Still good experience.Room was fine although it got very warm ,maybe time to invest in air conditioning.We were out until gone 3pm and returned to find the room hadn’t been serviced.(not sure what’s going on with housekeeping).Drinks selection in bar was poor,I’m all for local but the cola was dreadful."

"Truro is a lively town with lots to do. Mannings is centrally located with a decent sized, private secure car park. The room was a bit tired to be honest though. Bathroom needs updating and the carpets are old. The bed was a big problem. It was so old the mattress sunk in the middle which meant my feet were the highest point of my body lying down.
