Enjoy space and a relaxing time with family and friends in this 2-storey Beach house with 2 living areas, deck and garden on the conveniently located corner of Castle Ave and Beach Rd. Get your holiday underway enjoying open plan living, a combustion fire, split system air conditioning, and dual balconies with café blinds. Scoot up the main street for coffee, brunch, or a browse, pull out the boat or go fishing, hit the fairways, enjoy the World Renown Coorong wildlife sanctuary or cruise the beach with the dog - a holiday at The Sandpiper is a holiday to be shared and remembered. Bed configuration- UPSTAIRS- Master bedroom with Queen bed and ensuite bathroom DOWNSTAIRS- Bedroom 2 with Queen bed Bedroom 3 with Tri Bunk ( Double bed below and single above) Bedroom 4 with Tri bunk All bed linen and towels are provided. Strictly no smoking anywhere on the property and no parties Up to 2 well behaved dogs are very welcome on holiday with you but please let us know if you’re bringing a dog. A $75 pet fee will apply. \*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.
