Got in at 1:00am from a long drive with 3 kids. Got into the room and the heater was turned OFF. Absolutely insane. So we all froze until 2am. Checked out at 8am. So I paid $150 to freeze and have a terrible sleep.
Approached staff about it the next morning. Their response was “sorry”. That’s it. Waste of money will never stay at another Travelodge again.

Jeff, I would like to apologize that our staff overlooked your room. Normally we do have the temperature regulated in the winter, so this should not have happened. Unfortunately, we are not able to rectify the issue on check-out. You may have noticed when you arrived that we do have staff in site 24 hours a day. Had we know upon arrival that you were experiencing this issue, we would have gladly provided a solution for you. I would like to point out, that your reservation rate was only $95, but with the add-on requests, tax, and travelling with a pet, the additional charges will factor in to your final total. We thank you for sharing your experience and for allowing us to use this to improve our guest relations. I hope you will give us another chance to exceed your expectation in the future.
