Paid more than it was worth
Hot tub was freezing cold. Told staff about it, and nothing was done. Breakfast room crowded, and not much variety. Pictures online were a bit misleading. For what we paid, we were very disappointed. Bedroom was very crowded and didn't look too clean. In hindsight, we would have gone to another hotel.
