The booked room was on an hoover floor, unsuitable for mobility restricted people. The staff managed to provide and alternative but this was not what we had expected.

Location good - quiet for being just off the highway. Lots of huge trucks in parking lots made parking a. It of a challenge. Sorry say but the reception staff were not very welcoming. The ‘free’ breakfast....well, the yogurt was good. I ate down the road a bit.

Lack of customer service and management argumentative and rude. Pool facility run down and dirty. Pool Bathrooms were filthy I had to go back to my room to use. Room was fine, old. Big wet spot by fridge. Not worth $140/night. Maybe a $89 dollar hotel at most.

Most of the staff were friendly, and the hotel has a great location and view of the mountains. However, our room had a ton of sugar ants, it was disgusting. We called front desk and they said we could check the room next door if we wanted, but all of the first floor rooms had ants. In my experience, keeping a place clean deters ants. It was one of the most expensive hotels I have stayed at so I was disappointed about the ants and the staff not having a solution.
