My stay was good. Breakfast was better then I expected, what made me vey happy. Rooms are old and low quality, but for the price I paid it was good. I recommend it for short stays.

Had to go down some stairs for ice machine, which did not work properly was also very dirty. This was by the rooms in 400 block. Garbage all over in stairwell and scared to touch the handrails. Front end staff was very friendly and informative.

Obviously an older motel that’s been renovated but they should have put in new heat/ac. The old ones are loud and take too long to heat up the rooms

A great stay a fine dinner menu and a great continental breakfast. Pleased to see the use of real dinner plates vs disposable plates for breakfast. Sad to see plastic utensils still being used!

Booked it last minute because of a highway closure due to avalanche. Kudos to your photos that make it look a lot nicer than it is. Ended up going to the Holiday Inn for a MUCH better experience. But they wouldn’t let me cancel because it was too late and violated their cancellation terms. Funny I booked it 40 minutes beforehand, and they wouldn’t let me cancel a reservation they didn’t even have 41 minutes prior. Place looks like a dump. The restaurant hours are minimal. Stay anywhere else in Golden. Expedia tried to help. Hotel didn’t care. Enjoy your extra $200 Days Inn.

The drains are clogged so water gets backed up when you take a shower; toilet would back up every time we flushed it as well.

Rooms are larger than the usual hotel rooms. The attached restaurant and bar has great food. The included breakfast is not just "continental", it's great. The view from this hotel is the best in Golden. If you're a tv watcher you'll be disappointed in the limited channels. We're not.

Stayed overnight and upon arrival the room was a bit musty but after airing it out for a few mins it was all good. The pool area was clean and well kept, the breakfast was excellent. And the bed was comfortable.

This place is clean and looks like the photos. It's decent for a motel and I would stay there again as the pool and pizza are great for a family!

A great spot to stop with kids. The rooms are big and clean. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Pool and hot tub and the slide is fast (the teen boys loved it) the breakfast is good. Real scrambled eggs, sausage, Hashbrowns and beans. You can pop waffles or pancakes in the toaster. Grab a banana and yoghurt. Basically everything you could want when stopping with family or a sports team. I would totally stay here again.

Fantastic breakfast but hot tub was out of order
Great breakfast with everything you want including fantastic creamy scrambled eggs. However, if you want a tot tub, call first since it was out of order when we stayed. The sauna was a nice consolation prize but after skiing my wife demands a hot tub - so I'm the bad guy because I didn't check first that it was working.
