Situated on the southeast corner of the building, Sandbar 44 provides an exclusive vantage point that not only captures the beauty of Burleigh Heads but also extends the spectacle down the southern coastline of the Gold Coast.  
  
This immaculate two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offers a haven of comfort and style just moments away from the beach. The resort facilities elevate your stay to an unparalleled level of indulgence. Take a refreshing dip in the pool, stay active in the well-equipped gym, or host a gathering in the conference room. The outdoor seating spaces invite you to relax and unwind amidst the beautifully landscaped surroundings, and the barbecue area beckons for delightful alfresco meals with family and friends.

While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.
