The property is well located to the beach and plenty of options to eat and shop at. onsite parking is very tight to say the least, was assigned a parking space only to have someone else decide they wanted to park in it instead. Need to fix the alarm system as having to evacuate the building at 1:30am and almost again at 2:30am not ideal when on a holiday. Herd this has happened in the past. would have second thoughts of staying there again.

This property is always a favorite for it location. Sadly on this visit the property next door had a water fault requiring a truck to pump out the water, which meant on three afternoons when I would have liked to have been relaxing by the pool I was unable to due to the noise.

Very disappointing, balcony’s sliding door very damaged beyond being able to lock up safely. With just a latch to close. Was expected to throw rubbish in a shoot that didn’t even fit there rubbish bin bag. Front entrance fob very difficult to open. It’s hit and miss. Management very aware of situation. Bathroom sliding door could not close at all. It had to remain open while in use. Needs replacing. Definitely can do with a decent facelift in the apartment.

The wardrobe was stuck! We couldn’t open it to put our belongings inside! It was either off track or something. We loved the view from the 9th floor. The wind was howling the whole time we were there from the bathroom window! There was a strip ripped in the kitchen kickboard. Overall we were happy but the place needs a bit of maintenance. Nice one bedroom unit. View of park and ocean. Close to shops and dining. Very minimal kitchen supplies. Limited utensils, plates and glasses. No dishwasher. Fairly new washing machine.

My room at the resort needed renovations, the paint was peeling on the ceiling in the bathroom. The construction next door was loud and constant :( I expected more for what I paid. On the positive side, the location is great with access to the beach, food and shopping.

The properly was amazing from the time I arrived. I wish I could live there permanently. Everything you need. Beautiful ocean viewd from multiple rooms in the apartment. Clearly hear the waves rolling in onto the beach whilst falling asleep. Fantastic restaurants, stores and Woolworths supermarket. Public transport within a 4 minute walk. Very welcoming management who are all to eager to help guests. Highly recommend a stay here!!! Stephen

Friendly people. Great accommodation; loved it. Good sized fridge. Despite being one building back from the ocean, my room still had a good view. Actually more than one view, from different windows, between the other buildings. Secure parking underneath, with numbered parking for each room. Trolleys for luggage. Walking distance to the tram. The only complaint was the wi-fi. Sometimes it was great, but at other times it hardly worked; several times over my week's stay disappearing completely.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The room is a little dated but well equipped and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location for the beach, shopping and restaurants. Would happily stay there again.

Hello, thank you for your review, unfortunately the apartment you booked was the basic apartment, unrenovated, next time perhaps book the other apartment and you will notice the difference, of course a bit dearer.
