### House Runaway Bay

5 bedroom, 5 bathroom single storey house located inside a secure gated community in Runaway Bay. Close to shops and walking distance to the Broadwater foreshore. Minimum 7 night stay for 2 guests. Additional guests and visitors will carry an extra charge $1000/per person per night charge on the base fee. Maximum guests 10\. No parties, Hen's or bucks nights. Children under 12 years old are not permitted on the property. No pets or animals permitted. The property is monitored with 24 hour security cameras and violation of house rules will result in immediate eviction by the property manager.
