### Cedar Sands Hideaway - 4BRM Home

Kick back in this stylish coastal townhouse right in the heart of Burleigh Heads. With three bedrooms plus a study that doubles as a fourth bedroom, two bathrooms, and space for two cars, it’s the ideal spot for family getaways, beach trips with friends, or a laid-back break by the ocean.  
  
The open-plan living area flows onto a breezy balcony where you can start your morning with coffee or wind down with a drink at sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, though you’ll probably find yourself out exploring Burleigh’s famous cafés, bars, and restaurants.  
  
Upstairs, the main bedroom has its own ensuite and walk-in robe, while two additional bedrooms offer plenty of space for guests. The study includes a pull-out sofa bed, making it perfect for extra capacity or anyone who needs a quiet spot to work during their stay. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans keep the whole place cool, and the light coastal design makes it easy to relax from the moment you arrive.  
  
There’s secure parking and a private entry, so you can settle in and feel at home. Best of all, you’re only minutes from Burleigh Beach, the headland, and James Street, where you’ll find some of the Gold Coast’s best food, shopping, and nightlife.
