All staff were great, but the men at the front desk, a young man in the restaurant and a middle aged lady at the restaurant were just outstanding! I wish I could name them; but I felt impolite to ask for their names! Room was spacious with good air conditioning, and they had agreed to give me a higher level room (16th floor), which had a very nice view of the city. The only things that can improve are: Adding a coffee maker to the Kitchener in the rooms. And fixing the motion sensors for the hallway lights; they didn’t turn on fast enough and landing in a big, dark, empty hallway was kind of scary! I still give it a 5 star, as everything else was great. The television wouldn’t turn off, the shower was dripping all night, and the sink was also dripping all night. The people who work cleaning the rooms make a lot of noise and drag furniture around. Towels were provided but they’re rough! Breakfast buffet was lackluster. I wanted to drink a cup of herbal tea before bed but it was impossible to get any at the hotel. The restaurant at the lobby didn’t even want to provide me with a spoon when my food delivery didn’t arrive with one. I would not stay here again.
