The apartment is ideal for max. 4 adults and 2 infants up to 3 years in cot. 1x high chair and 1x travel cot with extra mattress without Bettinlett are available to you inclusive. The materials used for the apartment are exclusive. Ecological aspects were taken into account, as it supplies the solar heating with warm water and the triple glazed windows reduce the consumption of thermal energy. The soundproof door and the private vestibule and shield of the other apartments. The furnishing of the apartment we have adapted to the situation and architecture: light, airy, open, modern: enjoy the vastness and lightness in the interior of the apartment. The living / dining area is decorated predominantly in Danish design. Technically, the living room is equipped with a flat-screen smart TV, a Blu-Ray player, a stereo with connectivity for Android or I-Phone via bluetooth and an internet connection (WLAN). In the cold season a fireplace provides (with side windows for panoramic view of the flames) for a pleasant atmosphere. A desk, a reading chair and a comfortable couch complete the living area. The bright kitchen with island, open to the living area, is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, 4-zone ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, blender and French Press. A large dining table invites you to dinner together. For a restful sleep in the en-suite bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) with high-quality mattresses and adjustable slatted frames, a wardrobe, bedside tables and alarm clock. The second bedroom is identical, with the difference that two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m) serve your peaceful sleep. The beds are easily portable and can be placed together or separately. Both bedrooms can if necessary be completely darkened and are additionally equipped with a respective flat-screen smart TV. On the balconies you get from the living / dining area and two bedrooms. The balconies (north / west & south / west) are equipped with high quality dining table and chairs and sun loungers, complemented by a lounge area. The large spa bath with sauna, free-standing bathtub, floor-level shower, toilet, vanity, cosmetic mirror, electrically heated towel rail, flat-screen TV and hairdryer leaves nothing to be desired. The small bathroom has a floor-level shower, toilet and vanity. In the two storage rooms you will find a washing machine, a dryer, and iron and ironing board. Underfloor heating is per room individually regulated. In lockable outbuildings you can park your bikes safely deposited. The car can be parked on the free parking place no. 05 in front of the house. Pets are not allowed. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 15.00 € per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once. Göhren is exceptional: Göhren has foresight, because it is on a hill in a nature reserve with beech forests on the high banks, long white sandy beaches, rugged cliffs and the picturesque wide landscape of the peninsula Mönchgut. This foresight catch on the location and the architecture of the Villa Pauline. The villa comprises 9 apartments on a 2000 sqm plot with an exclusive garden. It is located in an exposed and quiet Hochufer capable as last house in a cul. The apartment 5 on the first floor is accessible via the elevator. It features in all rooms and bathrooms large floor to ceiling windows. Light and space are captured. From the large north-west balcony and many rooms overlook the garden and the underlying Buchenwald, the colorful lights in the autumn. In winter and spring (with luck also in the remaining time) the view is free on the sea: you hear it rustle. The smaller south-west facing balcony ideal for sunbathing. For fine gently sloping kilometer long sandy beach can be reached in a few minutes and when needed easily via a glass lift. The town center with supermarket, bank, bakery, small boutiques and restaurants is within walking distance in a few meters. Biking and hiking trails connect to the Villas Land. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Balkone sind riesig, so dass man darauf herrlich sitzen kann. Wir haben jeden Morgen darauf gefrühstückt und den Blick ins Grüne genoßen. Die Ostsee sieht man ebenfalls durch eine kleinere Baumlücke. Im Herbst hat man sicherlich einen noch schöneren Blick über das Wasser. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man in der Stadt oder am Strand. Die Fahrräder, die wir dabei hatten, konnten in einen Fahrradschuppen gestellt werden. Hier ist der einzige Kritikpunkt angebracht. Der Schuppen ist für die Anzahl der Fahrräder zu klein. Wir hatten häufiger Probleme die Fahrräder rauszubekommen. Zudem befindet sich ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Schuppen. Damit wir die Fahrräder aus dem Schuppen bekamen, musste das Auto z.T weggefahren werden. Dies war aber auch der einzige Wermutstropfen. In Summe können wir die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. ##### Stefan W. Das Einzigste ist die nicht befestigt Ulmenalle. Wenn ein Auto fährt, wird bei Wind der ganze Staub in die Wohnung geblasen, wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind.
