The new building was built in 2016 with 8 residential units, but thanks to its architecture it fits stylishly into the classic spa architecture of the Baltic Sea resort. The non-smoking apartment No. 08 is located on the 2nd floor and is 55m² in size. In about 7 minutes you can reach the north beach with the amber promenade and the Kurplatz, as well as the train station with the small train (Rasender Roland). If you like it a bit quieter, you can walk to the natural south beach in about 15 minutes. The center of the health resort with many shops such. B. 2 supermarkets, various boutiques, tourist information, bike rental and various dining options are in the immediate vicinity of Villa Anni. Sauber und ordentlich. Leider waren Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht inbegriffen! Da es aber bei der Buchung kaum sichtbar im kleingedruckten stand, hatten wir nichts dabei! Ein Wäschepaket war vor Ort dann auch nicht vorhanden, damit es es dazu buchen konnten. Also mussten wir kurzerhand vor Ort alles zu hohen Preisen kaufen! Die Anmietung und Schlüssel Übergabe war reibungslos. Was leider doch sehr stark gestört hat war das Bett!!! Die Matratze war zu hart womit man noch gut klar kommt aber, das Bett hat so dermaßen gequietscht das man bei jeder Drehung wach wurde.
