A staircase in the garden leads from the property directly to the beach. 1\. Row to the beach and the forest promenade. The facility includes a bicycle storage, telephone booth, washing machine and drying machine in the communal cellar, as well as a children's playground with spacious lawn area. Bread service is offered! Whg. 37: The light-filled, modern and lovingly furnished 2-room non-smoking apartment on the 2nd floor of the app.Plant, has in the living room over a glazed into the roof window front with east facing balcony. This allows a fantastic view of the garden of Villa Granitz and the Baltic Sea. In the pre-and post-season you can look from the balcony with garden furniture through the treetops on the Baltic Sea, in the summer on the then green forest promenade. The entire apartment is designed with underfloor heating and a hypoallergenic floor (Obejctflor insensitive to moisture and dirt). In the open living-dining area is a high-quality comfortable sofa bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m), flat-screen TV, DVD / CD player / radio MP3 system and wardrobe. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette (with new ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, egg cooker, toaster, microwave with grill) with table and 4 chairs. In the friendly and spacious bedroom there are 2 comfortable single beds, a wardrobe and a dressing mirror with shelf. The bedroom has a second, small balcony - facing west, it offers sun in the late afternoonThe bright tiled bathroom is functional with shower and toilet, sink, makeup mirror, hair dryer and shelves. In the apartment there is a storage room with shelf incl. Iron and ironing board. A linen package can be rented (bed linen, 1 bath towel, 1 towel - per apartment a bath mat) per person 14.00 EUR - dish towels on request, towel change for an extra charge possible. Einrichtung gut. Sauberkeit ging. Die Fenster müssten wieder geputzt werden soweit das Glas vom Balkon. Der Kühlschrank Rahmen etwas schwarz. Besen und Kehrschaufel müssten ausgewechselt werden. Ziemlich laut durch die Straße. Morgens gegen 6.30h wird die Straße mit einem Bläser gereinigt. Richtige Erholung war es leider nicht Schade ich hatte mich sehr auf die Woche Urlaub in Göhren gefreut. ##### Christine B.
