Sauberkeit nicht wie in einem Top-Hotel, aber trotzdem grundsätzlich sauber (hinter dem Nachttisch, den man etwas abziehen musste um an die Steckdose dahinter zu kommen, waren zB ein paar "Wollmäuse"; für uns kein Drama). Zur Ergänzung der Beschreibung: es ist auch eine Filterkaffee-Maschine, nicht nur eine Kapselmaschine, ein Milchaufschäumer und ein Wasserkocher vorhanden, der Küchenausstattung fehlte es allgmein -nach unserer Ansicht- an nichts. In beiden Bädern gab es einen festinstallierten Föhn; ich bin mir nicht mehr sicher ob dies aus der Anzeige ersichtlich ist. Die Terrassentür ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, wir haben (trotz Bilchen neben dem Griff) tatsächlich beim ersten Versuch gefühlt 5 Minuten gebraucht um das Prinzip zu verstehen, aber das mag evtl. auch an uns zwei wenig technisch begabten Damen liegen ;-) Einmal verstanden, ist es dann aber kein Problem mehr. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war durchwachsen. In der ersten Mail war eine falsche IBAN. Auf den Hinweis, dass die IBAN nicht funktioniert, erhielt ich dann am nächsten Tag folgende Antwort "Die Daten des Eigentümers wurden nicht geändern, die IBAN stimmt. Bitte versuchen Sie es erneut.". Ein Abgleich mit der am selben Tag übermittelten Rechnung zeigte dann, dass in der IBAN der Email schlicht eine Ziffer mittendrin fehlte. Man hatte also offensichtlich selbst nach meiner Nachfrage nicht noch einmal die IBAN der Mail kontrolliert. Es kann eigentlich nicht die Aufgabe des Kunden sein aus verschiedenen IBAN die korrekte herauszufinden. Auch die grundsätzlich netten Hinweismails enthalten grammatikalische Fehler bzw. fehlen Satzteile: "Ferner erlauben wir uns den Hinweis, dass das Mitbringen von Spülmaschinentabs, Reinigungsmitteln (Spülmittel, Waschmittel etc.), Saunaaufgüssen sowie Gewürze \[notwendig ist?\]und bei Nichtbuchung des Handtuchsets auch keine Geschirrhandtücher ausliegen.". Absolut kein Drama, aber da es sich hier um standardisierte Mails handelt, sollte hier doch noch einmal jemand nacharbeiten. Tatsächlich haben wir in dem Objekt ein Geschirrhandtuch sowie ein Aufguss-Set (Eimer und Kelle) vorgefunden, einen Geschirrschwamm oder -Lappen sowie Küchenpapier (Zewa) gab es hingegen tatsächlich nicht. Letzteres fanden zumindest wir ungewöhnlich. Einen Lappen oder etwas Küchenpapier gab es bisher eigentlich überall. Aber auch das ist ja kein Weltuntergang, wenn man es vorher weiß.
