Außenfassade sehr schmutzig , der Abfluss der Dachrinne war total verstopft. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren extrem mit Urinflecken versehen. Wir haben eine schmutzige Terrasse vorgefunden, die Fenster waren blind vor Dreck, so dass wir eine Terrassentür putzen mussten, um einen klaren Durchblick zu haben. Die Toilettenbecken haben schon lange keine gründliche Reinigung mehr erfahren und in der Dusche lag noch Sand auf dem Boden. Die Sitzkissen waren völlig verdreckt und die Spüle in der Küche mit einer bräunlichen Patina überzogen. Bei der Anreise war der Hausmeister zugegen, um noch schnell den Duschkopf zu wechseln, hat dabei aber übersehen, dass der Verschluss am Waschbecken so fest hing, dass das Wasser nicht ablaufen konnte.
