"Lovely old inn within minutes' walk of the town pubs and eateries. Be aware though, the shortest route is via the steep steps aptly called 'Jacob's ladder' across the road. Hotel staff were very friendly, incredibly friendly towards the dogs making it the perfect place to stay. Clean, comfortable and a good breakfast. Will stay again."

"We liked the location, with every bedroom overlooking the bay at St Mawes . The design of rooms had been well thought out and had the “Olga Polizzi “?touch. The service was excellent as was the cuisine and the staff were welcoming and took an interest in their clientele"

"It was as nice as our memory of our first stay, when the sun shines there is only one place to be - on the terrace. Having said that it is very comfortable to be inside. It is a very friendly place to be to enjoy Cornwall."
