Great place to stay if you have transportation
Nice place, great staff, clean. Location isn't great for dining choices (or any other activities) if you don't have a vehicle. Breakfast was excellent.

Stayed at the hotel for only one night on route to ski resort, I picked the hotel as it was near to Treviso Airport a car is a must as the hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport. Rooms clean and very presentable. We checked in late and the guy on reception was friendly and helpful as where all the staff. Breakfast was good and lots of choice.

Tutto molto bene: camera ampia pulita e silenziosa, personale molto gentile, colazione molto buona. Unico neo: la posizione, in una zona molto trafficata per raggiungere l'hotel (in ogni caso ultrainsonorizzato), e quindi dipende dalla vostra meta.

Great stay!
Nice service and staff. It was clean and confortable. I was just not informed before I arrive that the Gym was closed due to COVID. Would be better to mention it on hotel.com.

Moxen hotel
This is a modern hotel with a restaurant, bar, spa and more. Nice clean rooms, no pictures or art. Not easy to get to by transit. $30 euro to airport.

I've stayed here several times over the years. It's a modern, comfortable and convenient hotel for me to visit family. It has a good breakfast service. There are very few Italian hotels who can do a decent western breakfast but Terrazze does a fair job of it. Although when the bacon was available, I did prefer the roasted chicken pieces to the bacon. It is more of a business type of hotel but noticed more tourist and other groups staying here. You either have to travel by coach or by car to get to the hotel. There is public transport but the frequency is the issue. If you have a car its easy to do day trips further afield to Castelfranco or Bassano etc.

Staff exceptional
The reception staff were exceptionally accommodating - friendly, helpful and professional. Their English speaking skills were very helpful ! They provided excellent directions (both a map and verbal) to Treviso airport for our early departure. Restaurant is amazing - we opted for pizza cafe side, where the Host (owner?) was wonderful, as was the wine and pizza. We were sorry to need to leave early, but the breakfast lady provided tasty treats to take away.

Short 7 day Hotel Stay
By the end of my holidays, it will be my 3rd stay at Le Terrazze Hotel & Residence. During my 3rd stay in a regular double room for 7days with breakfast. It’s the small things which make a good stay to a great one. I can't complain about the size, style and overall presence of the room. However what let it down was the following:- lack of cloths iron and board, room showing significant wear and tear and hot breakfast was just warm. The rest of the breakfast on offer was good and the staff was very friendly. .

Short Apartment Stay.
By the end of my holidays, it will be my 3rd stay at Le Terrazze Hotel & Residence. During my 2nd stay in a studio apartment for 7days. Its the small things which make a good stay to a great one. I can't complain about the size, style, kitchen and overall presence of the apartment. However what let it down was the following:- dishwasher not functioning properly, lack of cloths iron and board, absence of kitchen cleaning products and finally daily room servicing was weekly.

Easy to move to the city center
I spend a couple of days visiting Oporto every year and the city is growing under the culinary and arts point of view a lot , add that I discovered that thru the tram lines you can easy visit all the monuments and you see how much you will love it

Great overnight location
The location is a bit isolated, it's not 'in' a town, but the attached restaurant was very good and popular on the night I ate there, so it seemed people were coming specifically to eat at the restaurant, not just hotel guests. Nice, new, modern and on the discounted rate I got, a total bargain. The breakfast was great, the wifi worked too.

Middle of nowhere without a shuttle
They are a few kilometers from the nearest train station yet have no shuttle. If you call a taxi you have to pay for it to come from the towns and back which cost anywhere from 35 to 100 euros are approximately 45 to $115 for a five minute taxi ride. The hotel is in the middle of car dealerships in unless you have an auto don't even think about it. The steam room sauna etc are an extra $25 a day

The hotel is beautiful in an industrial location. The hotel receptionist who checked us in was very rude. We went to eat at the hotel restaurant at the time indicated it opened and was told it was not open at that time.

Great hotel with good breakfast
Great hotel set in a quiet town. Did not get a chance to try the restaurant as there is an enoteca not too far from the hotel which has great prices, wine and food. The room was very new, elegantly decorated, and great value for money. Breakfast was also very enjoyable.

SOLID FIVE STARS
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Both the room and bathroom sparkle: they’re big, attractive, and comfortable. This hotel is so clean we even felt comfortable taking a bath in bathtub in the morning! Our room had a terrace and a nice view of the canal behind the hotel, which has a gorgeous aqua color. The wifi works well. The hotel also offers a very impressive breakfast, including lots of special spreads and organic juices. We experienced one hiccup during our stay, but the front desk was able to resolve it smoothly. The wellness spa on the same property as the hotel is proactively mentioned during check in for 15 euros a person, which includes a warm pool, sauna, steam room, cold plunge, cool mist shower, and hot showers – for 2 hours. We really enjoyed our time there, but were disappointed to discover that our acceptance of towels at the spa meant we had accepted a ‘spa kit’ that cost an additional 5 euros per person. This hidden fee could have easily been avoided had we known it existed, and when we expressed our frustrations to the front desk of the hotel they were able to understand our position and cover the 10-euro kit fee for the two of us. In summary, we hope to stay again soon and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Its location is perfect for visiting the endearing, affordable town of Treviso or prosecco touring by car (free parking available also!).
