Remote hotel with not many good features.

I requested a kitchenette and we got the attic room. A large room with a celling that sloped so that I could only stand erect about one meter from the entrance wall. The room seemed clean, but there was a folded map on the floor next to the toilet that had been left by a previous user. The map did not move during our 5 day stay. A house keeper visited our room once to empty the trash. We never got fresh towels. The kitchenette was a counter, with a refrigerator and a microwave. There was no sink. The shower had no soap. The bathroom sink had a soap dispenser attached to the wall, so was impractical to use in the shower. Breakfast was enjoyable and the lady attendant was pleasant. No English is spoken here. The hotel is quite remote the nearest restaurant is several blocks away. There is no grocery store in the area. Parking is in the street if a vehicle is used. The hotel is hard to find. Our taxi driver gave us a tour of the area in his search to find the place. The first thing I said to my wife after arriving in our room was, "I apologize for this." The grounds are well maintained and a swimming pool is available.

We are very sorry that you were unsatisfied during your stay at our hotel. There are four different room types namely; basic loft, deluxe double, family suite and penthouse. Before you choose your room, you have opportunity to see all room photographs. For basic loft room which you reserved, there are 10 photographs showing all details in the room; attic, kitchenette with minibar, microwave etc. When you look at room details you can see the phrase written " need to know-limited housekeeping". Besides, the location of the hotel is indicated on the map with the info of distances by km and walking times. As a newly opened hotel please be sure that everyday we are trying to serve better than the day before. Thank you for your comments. Looking forward to see you here again. Best regards.
