"As others have said, it's the friendliness of the family that run this hotel that makes all the difference. They welcome you with a smile, and offered me assistance on getting taxis and a sim card. They also let me hang by the pool long after checkout. Beautiful gardens. The staff were so kind and helpful even going as far as lending us towels on our last day so the children could have a last swim so we didn’t have to pack wet ones.
