Beautiful place
Beautiful property and spacious rooms. Breakfast was great and the staff members were very courteous and very accommodating. Pool facilities were great. excellent dining options in the specialty restaurants. The only thing that made me take a star away from the review was the toilet. The bathroom-toilet was a little bit of a disappointment - very large in size but waste of space. there was a door which opened into the toliet seat and was quite inconvenient to maneuver around! Everything else was perfect for a quiet and comfortable stay

Excellent Hotel food not so grand location atmosphere staff great.I would review more if I had the time.Club room was excellent.The SPA was exceptional like heaven on earth.Yes I would stay there again.Kids Club excellent even have timings for movies in a theatre overall 9 out of 10.

This was absolutely one of my best holidays to date and the entire staff at the Alili and Diwa were exceptional. The accommodations were absolutely top notch, food was spectacular and again, can I rave about the service! 5 Star all the way.

Hidden paradise, excellent rooms and pools and food too is just mouth watering. We loved our stay too much that we didnt even feel like going out to explore much. The hotel pampered us too much. We had an excellent birthday celebration weekend and the hotel staff decorated the room and bath beautifully. Would love to visit again.

In a word fabulous! Great room, particularly the bathroom facilities, with a splendid view over the exclusive pool and gardens. The Diwa Club is well worth the extra cost. In its own separate area and with only around 30 rooms it has its own exclusive pool and restaurant and has a very quiet relaxed feel. However you also have the benefits of the larger hotel facilities a short walk away through the beautiful gardens. The hotel is in a quiet area within the back lanes of Majorda and is a 15 min stroll to the beach however there is a free on-demand buggy service that only takes a couple of minutes. Outside the resort there are a couple of good local restaurants, some shops and a supermarket across the road from the entrance gates and many more options at the beach. The local bus service to Margao stops outside and makes for a fun outing to the large covered market in the town. Taxis are available either from the hotel or talk to the local guys outside the gate for best rates. However its the staff that really make the difference here. They are courteous, friendly, attentive and genuine and always make you feel like you are their number 1 VIP guest - many thanks to them for a great holiday experience.

Our stay at Diwa Club was one of our favourite resort experience. The staff were the finest we have encountered; nothing was ever too much trouble; so accommodating and the customer care was out of this world. The facilities were immaculate and even the mosquitoes were dealt with!

Still a Nice Hotel...I hope they Listen...
Great Hotel...has been always a better hotel than the so called branded and well known 5 star properties of India. However this time was poor on three counts. 1) Security - First time stayed on the Diwa side. While more luxurious and newer side, the perimeter is porous. Not a secure place...don't know what the hotel guys were thinking. Would not recommend for people who value safety and security. 2) Room service and Bristo needs more focus on the menu. Poor proportions and quite lost i must say. 3) Poorly trained staff (don't understand chilled beer or crispy bacon at all) and the property is a safety hazard during destination functions. I was shocked with the sharp objects and exposed live wires around the walking paths. Keep your children under your watchful eye.

Luxurious, 5-Star retreat!!
this place is amazing! Very quiet, serene, with impeccable staff who create a luxurious relaxing experience. We stayed in the Diwa Club which is a hotel within the Alila Diwa Club. Note: most locals in Panjiim only know the hotel by the Alila name, which did add some confusion when setting up travel to get there, as we were always calling it by The Diwa Club. That said, I believe the hotel offers its own transportation to and from the airport, so highly suggest using that. The on-site Indian restaurant Spice Jar (??) was the best authentic meal we had while in the country for 9 days. (And we had been in Delhi, Bangalore and Panjiim.) A beautiful, 5-Star retreat we will definitely be returning to.

Beautiful hotel and setting
It's a beautiful property that is furnished to perfection and set out very nicely. Although we arrived just after peak season there was a huge wedding going on which they did a good job of containing so as to not negatively impact others. We also got upgraded to a suite which was amazing. The breakfast options were nice, the beach transfer handy and the views stunning. It could do with slightly better service at times across the bars and restaurants but this was not a big deal.

My home away from home
As a returning guest to the Diwa Club I have to say that the stay was beyond my expectations. I have now stayed at this property a total of 5 times and it seems they still manage to exceed the service from my last stay. From getting off the plane and Dominic greeting you to the wonderful front office staff led by Marshall, Suraj Jayesh and team and the Bistro ( who were so patient with us at every meal seating ), the wonderful Chefs in both Bistro and Spice studio ( a must try ). Thank you for an impeccable stay. Can't forget Colin the Pool attendant with great knowledge of the surrounding areas. Kiran ( revenue manager ) you and your teams exceptional standards can not be justified with these 5 stars. Thank you. Hoping to see you all again next season. For anyone looking to have a relaxing stay inthe South of Goa i'd highly recommend

大人の休暇にぴったりな広くて静かなホテル。全体的に騒がしくなく、ゲストが大勢いるような大型ホテルの忙しさはありませんでした。かといって閑散としてるわけでもなく、ゲストはゆったりと時間を過ごしています。プールも混み合っておらず、ただただ静かな時間が流れます。離れのようなDiwa Clubに泊まりましたが、チェックインなどレセプションは別にあり、チェックインやレストラン予約もそこでやってもらえます。専用のレストランもあり、そこでハッピーアワーはフリーカクテルが用意されています。スタッフは常に十分すぎるくらいいて、何かに待たされることは無かったです。ただ、クラブゲスト専用のビストロというレストランの朝食は、出てくるのに20-30分くらいかかります。それでも、急ぐ必要のない休暇なので、それくらいのペースでもいいのかもしれませんが、時間に余裕のないチェックアウトの日の朝食としてはお勧めしません。 部屋は広く快適です。洗面ボールも２つあります。 敷地内は自然が豊かですが、ほとんど蚊に遭遇しません。すべてにおいて最高でした。遠いけどまた泊まりたいです！

Toller Aufenthalt
Wunderbares Hotel an einem unscheinbaren Ort. Schöner Poolbereich, Morgenessen von 7-17 Uhr, Cocktails von 18-19 Uhr offeriert vom Haus. Unbedingt den "Diwa-Club" buchen, es lohnt sich! Die Hotel-Restaurants sind leider eher enttäuschend.
