Just Amazing !!
Just amazing! View of the sea is to die for and the staff is super friendly, prompt and caring. Neat, clean linens, washroom, surroundings. Great tasting food. What more can one ask for.

Fantastic Location
The good stuff: - Hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to GOI airport, perfect place to stay if you have a flight the next day. - It is also fantastically located right next to a picture perfect beach. - The Duty Manager Rita is amazing - introduced herself to us immediately upon check in, made herself available if we needed any advice or support, offered advice and suggestions for us based on our movements. Stepped in and helped us resolve an issue with the restaurant. The not so good stuff: - Hotel and rooms are dated. Could do with a refurbishment to bring them up to a modern standard. - Pool is fantastic and refreshing, but could be better maintained (cleaned). - The activity operators operating on the beach next to it are dodgy scammers - steer clear of the beach activities. - Had a run in with the restaurant, the food took in excess of 2 hours to reach us. Resturant staff and manager were unsympathetic, did not communicate, and came up with a compensation they subsequently revoked. Luckily, the Duty Manager Rita listened to us in the morning and came up with a satisfactory resolution.

Run down hotel
Seriously run down 45 year old hotel. Requires refurbishing in every aspect. Upkeep is terrible. The less said the better. Location on the beach front is excellent.

Not as good as it was when it was with Oberoi group. Place is much run down since I last stayed there many years back. Beautiful location if the place is spruced up.

The beach is very nice and the hotel is very close to the airport, 10 minutes away! Hotel is nice but a bit run down, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Gym is not very good and massage was very average. I would stay here again, just for the convenience of proximity to the airport, access to the beach and the beach itself.

Sea facing rooms. Overall size of trims was great. Staff extremely polite and helpful, especially cleaning team and front desk duty managers. However,amenities in bathroom were limited( lotion/ conditioner etc). Stricter vigilance in th spool is required to avoid people from jumping in in their normal clothes. Dinner buffet had loads of options but non veg options we’re limited.

Great staff in poorly maintained resort
Poorly maintained resort. Spacious rooms but in poor condition with paint and woodwork peeling off, ramshackle furniture, damp mouldy bathroom, stained toilet. Dirty surroundings outside resort. No other good places to eat nearby. Dirty beach not suitable for swim. Poor room amenities. Did not get A La Carte menu for seven days I spent there. Very good staff providing excellent service, good pool, nice buffet spread for breakfast, lunch & dinner, good massage parlour. Resort needs urgent major renovation. No value for money. Can get better accommodation in Goa for same price. Will not recommend this place until renovations done. Photos on the web misleading.

Nice hotel right on the beach, very good food, dinner and breakfast was included. I stayed in a Chalet on the side of the hill, fantastic view but it was very old and need some decoration. The lobby bar and reception area are in an old colonial style and lots of comfortable seating.

Excellent location, close to airport and on beach
Amazing location as it is 5 kms from the airport and the resort is bang on the Bogmallo beach. All rooms face the sea and the view is to die for. It's a great place if you want to just chill and do nothing. No happening places around as all of them are in North Goa.

Nice hotel, next to the beach.
Only stayed one night, but the hotel was good value for money, right next to the beach. Very nice view of the beach & the ocean from our bedroom. The hotel staff were very pleasant & there was a good food choice for breakfast & evening meal. They catered the best they could for our dietary needs, as we are Vegan.

This weathered resort has seen better days, but that shouldn’t deter you from coming and spending a short weekend. You can tell the recently closed-down casino (closed due to local laws) was once a source of revenue that would fix the peeling paint job on the lawn chairs, restain the nicked wooden built-ins in the rooms, and recalibrate the elevator’s approach to the 6th floor so that people didn’t have to step up to exit the historical box. Sure, there is a certain charm in a historic hotel and building, one where you’re welcomed warmly by the staff upon check in and a pool attendant ensures you have plenty of towels as you hop in and out of the pool. They say that details matter, though, and the main reason for my lackluster rating of this resort was due to the shortcomings in the details: a cup, long voided or its refreshment and full of hungry ants, left on a lobby table for an entire afternoon uncleared, the lobby bathrooms left unclean, empty of toilet paper and hand soap, and an inaccessible taxi system where the hotel has to pull teeth to get taxi drivers to come and pick you up (and then proceed to overcharge you as a foreigner). That said, you’re right in the beach poolside, so that proximity might make the difference for you, however I would say this was overall a lackluster 3-star hotel experience in a decaying 4/5- star skeleton of an establishment.

Positives Nice heritage feel huge resort, very well maintained, feel good resort, right on the beach, big rooms. Good wifi, this was so much of a relief.Nice chilled room. Decent food, nothing to rave about. Service in the restaurant was nice and attentive. Negatives Hard beds, Mosquitoes in the room and the repellent wasn't effective. Plastic curtains in the bathroom stinks.

Excellent hotel located on the beach
Location of the resort is excellent as it is located on a less crowded beach. Rooms are also good but maintenance is not good. Food quality, variety and services are excellent. Overall facilities provided at the hotel are excellent.
