8.2/10 Very good! (4,012 reviews)
The facility is considered resort but the condition of the flooring was FAR from clean . It didn’t look like it was shampooed on a very long time. Otherwise, it was a spacious ground floor room close to parking, the lobby, the restaurant and the huge pool and hot tub.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,004 reviews)
Very unprofessional when I checked in, I asked not to have anybody call me or if anybody asks for me to not give out my information. Well that did not happen twice they confirmed that I stayed there and transferred the call to my room after the first incident, I asked them to change my room because I didn’t want people to know that I’m staying there so they moved me to another room from a bigger room to a smaller room which I paid for a bigger room and then the second day at 7:17 AM I get a call which they confirmed again that I’m staying over there and had the phone transferred to my room very very unprofessional. I thought when somebody calls and asks if you’re staying at that hotel, they’re not supposed to give out your information and when you ask, please make sure when they call and ask for me. Do not tell anybody that I’m staying here. Long story short very disappointed because it was supposed to be a one day getaway. I ended up changing rooms because of their incompetent actions after changing the room and talking to front desk that do not confirm that I’m staying at this hotel they still did and transferred the call to my room. 👎

8.4/10 Very good! (1,001 reviews)
"We stayed here twice in 18 days. The first time the room needed some upgrades. The cable connection was terrible. The second stay, the room was quite nice, however the train tracks are very close to the back side of the building. The trains ran all night long. Parking was also more sparse on the ..."
