FH Santa Maria in Glowe

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Abstriche muss ich jedoch machen für den starken Ameisenbefall im Haus und das fast jedes zweite Leuchtmittel defekt war. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes großzügiges Haus das mann empfehlen kann.

Insgesamt ganz in Ordnung

Das Haus hat eine angenehme Größe und sowohl die beiden Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer bieten ausreichend Platz. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind ebenfalls gut geschnitten und ausreichend groß. Daa Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, so dass wir keine Angst um unseren Hund haben mussten. Uns war es allerdings nicht sauber genug. Bei einer Reinigungsgebühr von 110€ kann man mehr erwarten. Auf der Couch waren Hundehaare, die eigentlich nicht schwer zu entfernen gewesen wären. Dem Teppich im Wohnzimmer würde eine gründliche Reinigung sicher gut tun. Der Kinderstuhl war ziemlich dreckig und klebrig. Die Mülltonnen waren wärend des gesamten Aufenthalts voll und leider war so eine Müllentsorgung nicht möglich. Die Zusammenstellung des Wäschepakets ist etwas ungünstig. Zwar steht in der Beschreibung, dass es nur ein Handtuch geben würde, aber das ist ziemlich klein. Eine Erweiterung des Pakets um ein Duschtuch wäre sicher gut. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer (oben links) waren zu weich bzw. durchgelegen, wobei das ja jeder anders empfinden mag. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Der Kontakt zur Vermietung war nett.
