"We arrived late and left early, appreciated a budget motel near the interstate, and got what we paid for. The room, sheets, and towels were clean. The mattress was basic (no pillow top) but in good shape; the frame it sat on creaked loudly with any movement. There was no closet, only a waist high rod with a couple hangers, and no amenities in the room (coffee maker, hairdryer). The bathroom was HUGE, had sturdy grab bars by the toilet, had an accessible shower, and even had a seat for showering. Unfortunately the seat had inches missing from one leg, making it unsafe. The heating unit worked very well, but was very loud. The walls had nothing on them except a big screen TV. The lack of cheap art was OK, but lent to the feeling of sparseness. "

"The hotel is not in the greatest area. No elevator to 2nd floor, looks clean until I used a towel with someone else’s hair on it, sheets weren’t clean."

"The breakfast was basic, very, i found a hair in my food, the staff don't wear a hair net. The room omg was dusty, very above high surface dusty when i but my bag there, the room smelled like cigarettes because the people next to room 311 kept smoking in it. The guest are very rude, had kids running back and forth. the carpet smelled and the bathroom could of been cleaner for a bathroom, i believe its a shelters too ,i wouldn't stay there every again, and the pictures post are fake as well ,the room doesn't look like the photos at all, for 367 totally i should of gotten a refund. "

"The main lobby of the hotel is very nice. The room looks nice when you first walk in, but you begin to notice that it’s outdated. The window was missing a sheer curtain, but the clips that used to hold a share curtain were still there — they should’ve been removed or the curtain should’ve been replaced. The sink in the bathroom had a very slow drain that resulted in the sink being dirty after something like washing my face or brushing my teeth because all the soap would just stick to the side sides of the sink. Very off-putting. There was no microwave in the room— Even though there’s a space for a microwave. Doors are paper thin and you can hear everything in the hall. But what I found most frustrating was when I was preparing to leave the next morning, I had just finished getting ready and I was packing everything away and at 11am *on the dot* housekeeping came to the room. I told them that I was finishing packing up and was going to be out of the room in just a moment. And literally, minutes later, I get a call from the front desk with a reminder of the 11 AM checkout time. I understand that, yes, I’m supposed to be out by 11 AM but the multiple addresses to my room to remind me to get before 11:05am out was in really poor form — made me realize I’m just a dollar sign. Because of this, I won’t be staying there again. Jimmy at the front desk was amazing, though. Only good thing about my experience. "

"Pool was advertised. NO POOL! Was told breakfast was 7-10:30. Didn’t open until 8:00! "

"The hot tub was definitely hot enough. The pool was a little bit cool though could’ve been a little warmer. The female desk agent that greeted us upon arrival was amazing. The hotel was pretty dead so she upgraded us to a suite which was great the gentleman that was working the front desk during the day I believe should not be in customer service. He didn’t have a smile on his face the entire time he was not very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing. Also, you really get a lot for your money plus you’re off the main road with the location. I loved it."

"No hot water day of arrival and next morning. Finally got moved to another room but not the room was not the same as we paid for, definitely just a standard room. "
