This hotel is not disabled friendly
I was upgraded to a spacious room by Ben on reception who saved the day because I complained on arrival due to being allocated a single room on the first floor without an elevator! I'm registered disabled and use two walking sticks due to poor mobility.
I'd booked this room at Short notice as a 4star mystery hotel. I assumed it would provide disability access given it was a 4star hotel. However, that information was missing. This hotel should not participate in the mystery hotel discount scheme when they are unable to provide suitable access to all their rooms.

Good Evening Ann.
Thank you for taking the time to leave detailed feedback with regards to your stay.
Its fantastic to receive feedback about Ben who made a difference to your stay.
I have passed on your comments to our Restaurant manager with regards to the team, who will look into this.
I will also look into the 4star mystery deal and update any details that I can to make it clear when booking with regards to the accessibility.
