"The hotel is fine. It is older and there is some noise on the lower floor from people walking above. The fridge made a lot of noise too, but it was ok. The other guests were quiet. The front desk staff in the morning were nice but the front desk attendant in the evening when I checked in was rude and not very helpful. He didn’t do a good job explaining where our room was so we had to walk around to find it and when I called to get the Wi-Fi password, he was short and didn’t tell me whether to use capitals or not. He just didn’t seem like he could be bothered to help guests. "

The elevator was broken during our stay and there was only one outlet in our entire room that worked. The location and shuttle are great the staff was nice and the hotel restaurant was delicious, we would highly recommend the Tacos Al Pastor"
