The property was nice and roomy. Felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. The kitchen area was well equipped and roomy. The property is within walking distance of National Mall and White House.

This hotel was one of my favorites when it was still the mandarin oriental. It just doesn’t have that same class and grace anymore. The staff are not well trained and everything takes an excessively long time. The food in the lounge was terrible. The cocktails were the same as a pub and lacked craft. Turn down service was completely skipped for me, so I had to call to get additional water and coffee pods. The tv’s do not have chromecast or app capabilities, leaving you with basic cable options. This hotel felt more like a 3/4 star rather than a 5 star. Not a horrible stay, but there are certainly much better options.

All front desk staff were great, Constance was the one I saw most, but what an awesome hospitality team you have here. I was very impressed and felt very cared for. Thank you from my heart

Great location. Great restaurant. Not too busy. Rooms are well appointed although showing some wear. I will be back.

We really liked the size of the room. It was in a nice walkable location and it was clean. Quick trip and very happy.
