This is a cozy wood Chalet with spectacular views of Lake Ainslie (the largest fresh water lake in Nova Scotia). Easy access to major amenities, Cabot Links/Cliffs Golf Courses and the town of Inverness. Mabou, Whycocomagh, Baddeck & world famous Cabot Trail plus ocean beaches, deep sea + fly fishing, boating, canoeing, cycling are all within close proximity. Soothing sounds of gentle waves & flying eagles overhead provide a memorable & peaceful retreat at this 5-STAR Chalet by Premier Partner host DMNikas. Lovely Cottage
Lovely cottage with a beautiful view of the lake. Michael was great to deal with. Would go back in the summer to take advantage of the canoe and kayaks. Highly recommended.

Great Cottage
The property is exactly as shown, clean, and beautiful spot on the lake. Michael was a great host and easy to reach if we needed him. There is a double bed upstairs and a queen on main level. We loved being on the lake but also a short drive into Inverness and exploring Cape Breton. You do need to walk into the lake (no dock) which is rocky but there are steps down to the lake which was much needed with two small kids.

Excellent home and property, very friendly and helpful owners.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property has an amazing view of Lake Ainslie and is very private. The owners are very friendly and helpful and a pleasure to speak with. The home is very comfortable and we did use the wood burner on a chilly evening and the cottage was instantly comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the cottage is spacious. The deck is large and a pleasure to relax on. Having the watercraft and PFDs available was a pleasure as well. If I could give 50 starts I would.
