I have been staying here every weekend so i can see my husband who has been working out of town for a couple months. The staff is very nice and helpful for checking in and providing help when needing toiletries and the trash taken out. I like getting the room with the small kitchen so i can cook my husband a nice dinner while im there. All in all it's a great experience every time i go there.

Perfect stop.
This was the perfect place to end my 10day trip. The people were very friendly, the room was fantastic and when I asked for breakfast sandwich to go, it was made just as I asked.

Exterior the property is quite dingy and looks exactly like an apartment building. Don’t let the lack of a lobby fool you, check-in is done in the diner next to the hotel. Speaking of the diner, It’s actually amazing, open 24 hours and has an excellent menu with afdforable prices. When it came to my room, it was huge probably close to 800 ft.² and had absolutely everything that I could imagine despite being in clean, original condition. All in all, an excellent stay and would recommend.

First Time to Glendive-traveled there for Softball
Nicely remodeled recently I would say, pleasantly surprised for the price actually. Dove brand essentials, hand closet area, separate vanity which I like for travel so that one can shower and one can get ready in front of the mirror at the same time separately, beds were comfortable & a lounge to hang out if needed with a covered patio too. One of the cleanest hotel rooms I've stayed in all summer for travel softball and we have been all over!!! We used the stairs, they were large, open & clean. The only odd thing was that you check in at the diner. Penny's diner has really good food, but don't expect to be in and out quickly. It's a grill/cook one or two tables at a time kinda thing. Just a small place. Service was a little slow, short-handed maybe for a lunch rush.

Rooms were not clean and ready
I reserved 3 rooms a month ahead of time to stay here. We arrived at 4:45 local time to learn that the housekeeping staff was missing and that the rooms were not presentable. The front desk could make no promises of to when of if the rooms would be ready. I asked for the reservations to be canceled and to not be charged. I was told "no problem." Two days later, my card was charged and now im trying to get my money back with low expectations. This is an unacceptable business practice.

Quiet, clean and very Comfortable
It is a really nice place to stay and we had a great time visiting Makoshika State Park!! It is an amazing place and really beautiful with all the moisture they have had. The only bad thing was, we went down on Saturday morning to the diner to eat and we couldn't because they didn't have a cook!

Check in was a little strange, we checked in at the diner. There was a slight smell, and hairs in the shower. It looked freshly cleaned for the most part.

Room was clean, although we got there at 5 and they still didn't have our room ready. Says free breakfast on the Expedia listing, but they do not have free breakfast. They apologized and stated they have asked the listing be corrected to reflect this. Front desk is located in the diner next to the hotel, which was odd. Aside from that, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. If that's all you're looking for, then this fits the bill.

Stay was just okay.
It was pouring rain when we arrived. Hotel was locked and and after a few minutes another guest came out and told us we needed to register at the adjacent restaurant. Room was decent, but for the price paid, we thought breakfast should have been included. Checked out early and that process was slow as I asked for a receipt.

Room itself was nice. Staff was friendly. Many many issues. Includes breakfast was not included. They have a diner attached but they just won’t give breakfast even though they post it’s included. The room was not ready for check in. I had to drive around aimlessly for an hour while they started to get it ready once I arrived, even though I checked in an hour late to begin with. No coffee in the room. Called 3 times from the moment I arrived till that night, and when I finally was brought the coffee pot it was dirty with the last persons used filter still inside and they told me they didn’t have coffee cups. The microwave in my room didn’t function. Easily the worst stay of my life. I’ve had mistakes made before, but in this place they just tell u what’s wrong, act likes it normal, and make no effort to correct it.

I am sorry you did not have a good experience staying with us. We are in the process of hiring more staff. The website where the free breakfast is listed, is run by Windham. If they remove the free breakfast it will be removed for all locations, not just ours. I will look into the sanitation of the coffee pot and the status of the microwave.

Hotel is advertised as free breakfast however no breakfast is offered staff said you have to purchase breakfast at their cafe. They also said that they are unable to change this on their website. No soaps or shampoo or coffee were provided in the room as well
