Hello. Thank you for the feedback (:We watched security footage (thoroughly) from the time you checked in (late night) until the time you left (late checkout). It does not appear anybody went near your truck the entire time you were parked there. The person in the car next to you wasn't visible for a couple minutes, but we could clearly see the back of your truck ): maybe it went missing somewhere else(?) We also didn't notice anybody hanging out outside the night you arrived. I was the one who checked you in, but I came inside before you arrived. I did see one guest walking his dog around the time you reparked your car ):

Hey Sandra! Thank you for the awesome, detailed review! Much appreciated!Our hotel (Hotel Glendive) is managed and ran by a family centered, community driven, local staff. Even though we have indeed picked up the Surestay by Best Western brand, we are the same staff focused on the same goals. The boxes of supplies.... oh my.... we made a dent in those this weekend. Unfortunately everything came in backwards (pillows before pillow protectors, sheets before blankets, towels but no bath mats, etc). It was crazy. Needless to say, we appreciate you pointing out that they were stacked neatly. Thank you also for pointing out the new things in the room. And yes, the shower tile is all new (:
