Had two nights here in 413. Very comfortable room with two good sized and comfortable beds. Bedding was all clean and fresh with a good number of pillows. I am not a huge fan of carpet, but this appeared clean with no stains or smells. The entrance floor and bathroom were tiled and all were in good condition and clean. The closet had adequate hangers, a laundry bag, iron and ironing board. There was also a small stool to rest a case/bag. Room heater/AC was good but, like most of this type, the thermostat was inaccurate. 62f was more like 68f, but once you get the hang of it you get a comfortable setting. I turned it off at night as the fan kicking in can be a little noisy if you're a light sleeper. Bathroom was clean and in good condition, with some modern looking fittings. Shower had plenty of hot water and super strong pressure. Quite invigourating. Breakfast had a good selection but two issues I had were that they had a pretty useless mini toaster oven to toast bagels, bread etc. Practically useless and it took me over 5 minutes to get a slice of bread even sightly browned. Also, please ditch the horrendous excuse for sausage. Apart from that, everything was great, fresh and again very clean. Staff were on hand to keep everything full and clean. All the staff here were extremely friendly and all greeted me as I walked in and around. The young lady at the desk in the afternoon and evening was very pleasant and nicely talkative. Highly recommended!

The property is rightly located. Nice. Check in was good. Elevator working right. Fitness room- average. No water to drink. Towel to wipe down the equipment. 1-2 not working. Breakfast- continental. Could be better.

It was very clean. Staff was nice. Price was fair. It was easy to get and out of. Plenty of parking and was very convenient to where I was going. I heard the breakfast was very good but I didn't get a chance to try it.

This property was the WORST we’ve ever stayed. It had a horrible smell from the moment we walked in and our room smelled even worse. The room smelled like a dirty dog had been there for months. The sheets were filthy and the room was covered in dust. The elevators literally jump upon hitting the first floor and it was startling and scary. This hotel seemed to be subsidized housing for many who meandered about. At 3:30am there was a ruckus outside for more than 30 minutes and no one answered the phone at the front desk. Awful experience. We checked out 3 hours before our scheduled time.

The TV did not work and neither did the phone so that I could get in contact with the front desk. I was informed that they do not clean your room unless you request it. Overall, I probably would not stay at this place again.

Paid for a king sized bed and received a queen or a double. When I complained the hotel staff member told me I could try to find a king sized bed at another hotel. Bait and switch!

There were multiple brown stains on our comforter. We called the front desk and they immediately gave us a new room. However, there were some stains on the pillows and my daughter found a bug in her bed. We would not come back.

Not terrible… could’ve been better.
Staff friendly. Could use another trash can in unit instead of the small one in bathroom. TV reception not the best, no signal on many channels and possibly tv ready to go. Lounge chairs around the pool would’ve be better than the chairs they had. Nice place … just need some improvements

Hotel was OK
The hotel kind of smelled when we walked out of the elevator on to the floor of our room. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Maid service never happened while we were out the one time we would have had it since we were only there two days. It didn't say we wouldn't have service every day and I saw staff around so I thought we would get it but it never came. I didn't complain so the management was not aware of this.
