Somewhat picturesque grounds overlooking the adjacent golf course. The staff was super friendly and the room was very clean. Even the cleaning crews said hello at each passing. High ceilings on the third floor made the room feel bigger, I assume they are like this on each floor. Two considerations, (1) I would add walking paths to get the starry eyed lovers off of the small road leading up to the main lobby; and (2) buy the golf course next door. I will definitely be back!

Great hotel stay. Only one negative. I was there on business and I reserved a room. The room was supposed to have two queens and it had one king. this forced my travel partner to have to get another room. This was not cool! your staff's response to this was "we only guarantee and King room"....well, why was there no communication when reservation was made to this effect?? My partner had to obtain a second room "at her expense" because our work place would only cover one room for two people. Because this was not our error, I feel management should have offered the second room at a deeply discounted rate.

Staff was super friendly, beds were comfortable and clean. Hot breakfast was a big plus! Would stay there again without a doubt!

We booked the King suite at this hotel and I was not disappointed. Upon arrival we were greeted by the front desk staff. She was personable and made check-in a breeze. Once we got up to our room we were pleasantly surprised. The décor was modern and nice and the room was very clean. The room came with a balcony, fridge, microwave and anything you would need in a hotel room including tons of sockets for plugging up all your devices. The only problem we had was the sheets for the sofa bed were not provided so I had to call housekeeping about 3 tines before they picked up. They bought the sheets up right away! Other than that I could not be more pleased with the staff (incredibly friendly), service, and excellent location of this hotel. If we are in town again I will definitely stay here again!

Very convenient and laid back venue. The staff is great. Rooms are okay as far as kitchen items etc

Friendly, attentive reception, despite only one staff member on duty Cared about the needs of our family after our long day of sightseeing in Richmond. At checkout the next day, they offered us a "to go" food bag, which was very helpful and practical. Breakfast buffet offers fresh fruit, while and cut up, which was nice. Good selection for various food preferences.

Just had an overnight stay, would stay there again if in the area!

We needed a room last minute for the Nascar Race at Richmond International Raceway. I got a great rate on this room and it was only about 10 minutes from the track. Would be glad to stay here again!!
