Near the airport, free shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes. VERY friendly staff at checkin

Rude staff in the morning (28th nov), I asked where is the toilet in lobby area and he told me "why dont you look around first before asking". The fact is that I did look around but how could I find the toilet since it is in the 2nd floor? Not lobby.

We liked the way the public transportation is within walking distance. Only one ice maker and one will need to take the elevator if room is not located on the 1st floor.

The halogen lamp was broken. I applied for repair in front desk but still not repair at end of the day. The electronic key is completely out of function, and I have to remake the key for opeing my room twice. The Wifi is constantly out of signal, but the front desk claimed this room 103 is never complained before.
