Nothing unique about this property. It is a little dated and the rooms are not properly cleaned; our room was very dusty. The rooms are poorly designed and hallway carpeting kind of dirty The brekfast was excellent!!!. Staff is not very helpful in knowledge of local area There is no concierge and the lobby looks much less impressive than in the photos Would not likely stay at this property again as a vacation place. Better for a one nighte business trip.

This is a mid level hotel cosplaying as a high end hotel. Strange design decisions, overpriced and not very good breakfast, several issues with room, some that took a couple days to fix, coffee cups in room were dirty with coffee stains on arrival, and bad internet connection for TV which made it very choppy. Air conditioning is not great but that is all of Switzerland. On the plus side the beds are very comfortable and public transport is pretty close.

WILL STAY AGAIN BUT REQUEST A ROOM ON THE OUTSIDE
The hotel is very nice however our room's window faced inside towards an interior event space and privacy was compromised if you did not close the blinds/curtains. We noticed a worker walking along a corridor. These type of rooms do not allow any sunlight to show. The bed and bedding were extremely nice and comfortable. The hotel is very quiet and is set a CHF 25 Uber ride away from the city center.

The decor was well thought of and modern. Everything very tech savvy.The room was very attractive and comfortable. However we stayed a week and many days there were no tea or coffee replaced in the unit. We regularly had to call for for it to be replaced. Sheets were never changed during the week. The hotel was very close to the trams, but a good distance from most shops and restaurants. We ordered room service 3 times and was always pleased with the meals.

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing however the functionality of the room is not too great. I had to change my room twice which didn’t make a difference. They only have channels in German. They had international channels shown but they didn’t work. So for my entire stay I wasn’t able to use the TV. Cleaning of the room was not up to standard. Either bins weren’t being emptied and towels/ bathrobes/bedsheets weren’t changed regularly. There were no tissues provided in the room apart from the bathroom. The steam room is really bad, it has a bad smell and the steam actually burnt my foot too. I will not be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I’m very disappointed.

Nice hotel, disappointing service
The hotel itself was great however unfortunately the service seemed to not care so much. After getting the wrong room service order delivered, i called to inform the staff and they asked me if it really mattered to me which thing I’m getting. The order was never replaced and I had to resort to discussing it at check out, where the charge was removed.

Despite an advertised 3PM check in time, we arrived at 4PM and the room was still not ready. The check in staff was friendly and offered a complimentary drink from the bar, however it wasn’t until 5pm that the room became available — a 2 hour delay. Unacceptable for the price and star rating.

The theme is awesome. You're in Switzerland the land of banks and each room is like you're a bank vault. Covid has demolished the level of service every where and unfortunately Kameha has the same problem. Ordered room service, they delivered half of the order and totally forgot to deliver another. Dishes are left in hallways for 24 hours. Parking is small and full most of the time. Interesting to see a nice big wedding at the hotel. Guess the covid policies are not that important here. Loved the do not disturb switch and some tech gadgets in the room including the automatic exterior blackening shades. Shower was awesome too.

Welcome to the party hotel! Enter at your own risk
Did a quick overnight in Zürich with my wife and 1 year old daughter. The hotel is located in a new development outside of the city center. There is a Migros and coop nearby and the Nr. 10 and 11 tram line for easy transport to the airport or Hbf. The big problem was the massive party on our floor and the entire hotel the Saturday night we stayed. Drunk people yelling and running up and down the hall...constant yelling outside on the street, the sound of engines revving and bottles breaking lasted from 11PM to 5AM. The front desk apologized but was apathetic. After reading other reivews online, this is the weekend party spot for Swiss kids now that bars and clubs are closed. The hotel caters to them by offering cheap suites and turning a blind eye. Would not recommend to anyone (in the current situation) looking for a quiet night. Maybe it's better during the week with business travelers but was not a pleasant experience with a baby and wife wide awake all night and a powerless front desk clerk. Room was fine, as seen on website and clean. Parking CHF 36 and room service moderate (for Zürich.) Did not have breakfast, but at CHF 39/person did not seem like a good deal for some pastries and boiled eggs.

Double check what is really complimentary!!!
Before booking this hotel, double check directly with them which services are complimentary or for a fee. At least in the USA, if a hotel lists "airport shuttle', that's complimentary. Not in the case of this hotel. Breakfast >30 CHF is also pretty expensive to my eyes..in other countries it is a dinner price
