Room was clean and the service was great, but the coffee machine didn’t work and one of the robes had a bunch of holes in it..

We apologise that the condition of the coffee machine and robes was not up to the standard, this is definetly not the standard we are aiming for and the respective departments have been informed in order to prevent this from happening again in future.
